Andy left the hotel, with no one noticing him he walked out the front doors and to make it look normal he walk to Starbucks to grab a coffee and bagel. He thought someone was watching him but when he looked and turned around he saw nothing. He headed back to the hotels parking garage walked to his Audi. He drove off heading home to check on Jacob who was with his live in nurse. He made a phone call to Duffy his old friend from the district attorney's office.

"Hello, Andy how are you doing? How is Jacob and Laurie?" Duffy ask.

"Hi Duffy, Laurie is doing better and Jacob was released from the hospital, they got therapy their are doing to help them." Andy said.

"That's great Andy, but how are you doing? Seems like you have got a lot to deal with." She asked.

"Ya Duffy I am ok, a little stressed out but nothing I can't handle." he said.

"Ok well just wondering did you need something, help with finding another job or anything." she asked.

"Duffy, can you talk somewhere I need to ask you a couple things, can you meet me at the diner in Newton at 8pm tonight at all." he asked.

"Sure Andy is everything ok?" Duffy asks.

"Yes Duffy, I got to get home to check on Jacob. I will see you than." Andy told her.

Andy hung up the phone, and kept driving, he was thinking in his lawyer brain, how he would get the information from Duffy he needed for her. He turned on the radio and headed home. He  was thinking of earlier that day with Charlotte and smiling. He thought about what they talked about who was threatening them. The look of fear on her face of who was threatening. He thought maybe it had something to do with his dad, he knew Billy had eyes on them during the trial watching out for all of them. He thought would his dad go that far, but than he did have Patz killed to protect Jacob. He knew the only way to figure this out was head to the prison sometime this week and look Billy right in the eye, like he did when he called him out about Patz.

Andy pulled into his driveway of his new home, when he got out he notice Jacob was out with his nurse enjoying the nice weather. They where sitting at the patio table about back by the garage. Andy thought maybe Jacob wouldn't noticed how long he was gone. He got out he had some food for Jacob burger's and fries he loved.

"Hey Jacob, i brought you a early dinner. Your favourite and Maggie I got some for you I wasn't sure though." Andy said.

"Thank you Mr. Barber, I'm going to head inside and leave you two alone." she said.

"Thanks dad, why where you gone so long?" Jacob asked.

"Oh I had an appointment, your mom her therapist thought it would be good if I talked to someone as well." Andy told him.

"Oh ok, dad that might be a good idea, just you and mom have been fighting a lot more and I feel like it's my fault." Jacob said.

"No Jacob, it isn't your fault at all, just been the past few months with everything worrying about your mom her memory, wondering if you wake up, I knew one day you would. It just got to me but I'm doing better now. I love you son ok this isn't on you. Your mom and I will be ok." Andy tells him as they eat dinner.

"You promise dad, I just feel like everything the past year is all my fault. I didn't do what everyone thought I did, but I feel like mom won't ever fully believe me and that's causing you guys to fight." he said.

"Jacob we will be ok, I promise ok. Just give your mom sometime, she just only remembered everything. The week away with Tobi will help her too. Look Jacob I have to go talk to Detective Duffy tonight I won't be long ok, just wondering about leads on a job around here for now ok." Andy says.
