Andy was downstairs now with Jacob it was 8am they where making breakfast, waiting for their house guest to come downstairs. Andy was thinking how this would be his future with his son, that everyday could be like this, he even had the small though of a sibling for Jacob. After Jacob was born and like Laurie would describe him as a difficult baby. She didn't want anymore children. They where young when Jacob was born Andy secretly hope for more kids but gave up on that dream. He stop fighting Laurie on it, figuring it wasn't meant for him. Now with the future he was going to have with Charlotte he could possibly have that. Jaco noticed his dad smiling and thinking.

"What are you thinking about dad, you seem really happy this week." Jacob said.

"I am happy, things are getting better for us. I told you from the start this new house was a new start for us." Andy said

Jacob looked at him and wondered though "I know dad but mom isn't here and your happy, when she is hear all you guys do it fight or drink." Jacob said.

Andy looked concerned realizing everything had done a lot of damage not only to his marriage but his son "look Jacob your mom come back in 5 days. Her and I need to talk but I promise you it's going to get better ok."

Jacob had a weird look he already was thinking it "are you going to tell mom, she needs to go away and get some help with everything. Are you and mom splitting up?" He asked.

"Jacob whatever happens with your mom and I we love you ok. Sometimes couple need time apart to find themselves again. I think your mom needs to go get some professional help more than I can provide. But I love you, I love your mom, ok we will work it out." Andy said, turning just to see Charlotte at the bottom of the stairs hearing every word Andy had said.

Charlotte knew something was up when she finally got out of bed and ready this morning. She get some answers today. She hoped it wasn't what she was thinking even though that thought made her happy. She didn't want to cause something massive for Jacob especially. She headed downstairs she heard Andy and Jacob talking in the kitchen. She smelled the aroma of French toast and bacon her favourite. Just as she reached the bottom steps she heard Andy's words. "I love you, I love your mom, ok we will work it out." Her heart sank, Andy turned locking eyes with her. Inside she was breaking, but she smiled think Andy was telling Jacob what he needed to hear.

"Hello Charlotte, hope your hungry we made a lot." Andy told her.

She smiled at them both. "Thank you that really kind of you. I have to be going soon, the car shop is working on my car and said should be ok soon."

She sat down in the chair at the island in the kitchen. She was eating her food listening to Andy and Jacob talk, telling each other jokes. She like it they seem really happy. She grabbed her phone and found Cliff on Facebook. She went into messenger and started typing. Andy was curious to know who she was texting but said nothing. She typed "Cliff willing to meet and talk meet Sunday afternoon 3pm at Cold Springs Park. I'm sure you know the exact spot." She pressed send.

Andy looked over at her, she just smiled but he could see she looked worried something was off with her.

"Charlotte your kind of quiet today. Do you need a ride to the auto shop to get your car?" Andy asked.

"No it's ok Andy thanks for the offer, but you are busy with Jacob and you have done more than enough to help me you both have thank you." She said.

"Dad, I have therapy today anyways with the new nurse here. You could probably drive her. He can Charlotte." Jacob said.

"No no Jacob it's too much you both really I'll be ok..." she said but Andy cut her off.

"No I insist, it now problem, I have something's I need to get done today. Jacob I got to go grab something's are the store for the house. I can do that after I drop you to get your car Charlotte." He said. He wasn't backing down or taking no for an answer.
