Andy and Charlotte where just lying in bed together, they both knew he would have to leave soon, to go home to Jacob. Now that Laurie was away, Andy mentioned again he would take Jacob out for dinner this week just at a dinner and she could just show up like nothing out of the ordinary. They talked about a place and she agreed that she would be there about 20 minutes after they got there. Andy would text her and let her know, they still needed figure things out.

"Andy you really think Derek is that stupid to send us these threats, he is just a kid, I know it seems like he killed Ben but I don't know something just feels off still." she said.

"Yes Char it has to be Derek, all the evidence we found it pointing to him, the things the police missed." Andy said.

"Ok Andy, I just I think there might be more, everyone was so sure it was Jacob and it wasn't we both know this, I just think some kid wouldn't be that stupid to threaten us." She said.

"There isn't anyone else it would be, Derek had the motive, his mom lied to about driving him to school. He had access to Jacob's online profiles. I'm going to fine Derek and talk to him tomorrow. Right now I wish I could stay but I need to go home." He said kissing her on her forehead.

"I know Andy, we just need to be careful not to get caught with any of this I'm nervous that's all." She said.

"I will take care of it, this will all be over soon, I'll protect you I love you." Andy says

"Andy, I do love you, but we just need to be more careful please." She said.

"Ok, but I'm still taking to Derek, but first I'm going to talk to Duffy, see what she might have missed in the case." He said.

As Andy left they hugged each tobey goodbye, saying they see each other tomorrow. Andy left the hotel out the front door picking to go get a coffee. As he walked down the sidewalk, he had an feeling someone was following him. He looked back a few times didn't noticed anything unusual. He went in for coffee while he was standing in line his phone buzzed. "Well look there you keep sneaking around with your girlfriend, I warned you stop digging before you lose everything including her. Also what you think isn't even close to right." Andy just looked at the message he still didn't know the number. It was always another number every time. He tried to call the number back but was hung up on. His mind told him it was Derek, but he was starting to agree with Charlotte someone else is involved but who? He walked back towards the hotel and got his car to drive home. He called Duffy explaining he needed to talk to her tomorrow. They agreed to meet for coffee, she wasn't even sure what he wanted. He got in the freeway and was thinking.

Laurie and Tobi, drove downtown to Boston, they checked into a hotel it did have a spa. Laurie though was convinced there was more going on with Andy. She wanted to know who the woman in the photo sleeping on his phone was, the picture was dark, she did look familiar but she couldn't place her. Tobi and Laurie picked a nice fancy restaurant to go get lunch. They where taking about everything.

"Laurie, Andy does love you I think he just had been through a lot too this past year, but he wouldn't never cheat on you." Tobi told her.

"You didn't see the text I saw, and the photo on his phone." Laurie said.

"Laurie that text could have been a wrong number and the photo maybe is was something online nothing more. Andy isn't the type to cheat." Tobi said knowing differently.

"Tobi I know when you not being completely honest with me." Laurie told her.

"Ok Laurie, I don't think he is cheating on you be clear in this, but some dads saw him at the bar in Newton a couple weeks ago. He was with some woman talking that's all." She said.

"What you didn't tell me? Who is she?" Laurie asked.

"Someone said they thought is was Ben Rifkins aunt, she left Newton years ago. I heard she moved back during the trial." She said.

"What, I remember her kind of, she was younger than us. I just can't remember her name or place her face. But why would she talk to Andy." Laurie said.

"Maybe she just wanted to make peace with him about the trial Ben and Jacob, who know I do remember her name it's Charlotte." Tobi says.

"Wait did you say Charlotte, does she have long brown hair bright blue eyes, does she look like her." Laurie asks showing a photo of Dr. Browns assistant she found online.

"Yes that is her why Laurie what's wrong?" Tobi asked.

"She works for my therapist, it seemed like she knew Andy long before my first appointment with Dr.Brown, they act really weird around each other theres tension." Laurie says in shock.

"Laurie Andy was only seen talking to her nothing more. He loves you I just think you have been through a lot." Tobi assured her.

They continue to talk, they where seated closed to the window that can see the sidewalk and road. Laurie looks she notices a young woman walking into the hotel across the street. The Hyatt right next to the holiday inn. Laurie watch closely realizing it's Charlotte Dr. Browns assistants she just thinks she living there for now. Laurie finds it weird but Tobi even agree her mind is on over drive thinking the worst. They decided to go shopping at some store downtown. Tobi know Laurie wants to do some digging and find out if Andy is in fact having and affair. They go to a phone store Laurie had an idea.

"Hello miss what can I help you with?" The clerk asks

"Hi, I'm wondering if there is away to track my sons phone, to find out where he is right now." Laurie lied she was embarrassed to say she need to track her husband that she thinks he's cheating on her.

"Oh yes there is some apps but you need to download to the phone first. If you have Snapchat however you can look up friends or your son on there in the maps." The clerk told her.

Laurie remembered for some reason more to do with Jacob they all had Snapchat when they where somewhat a normal family. She thought is was funny. They left the store as she was walking she went on Snapchat and looked for Andy. She was hoping she see he was at their new home in Burlington, she was shocked Andy was in downtown Boston. He wasn't fair away from them at all. It seemed like he was walking around, they be lined it around the corner. Laurie knew Andy from behind anywhere, he was walking towards Starbucks. Laurie thought nothing of it really, figured maybe he had some papers for the house to get done. They kept following him from a distance, every time he stopped to look back they did what they could for him not to notice them. They followed him to Starbucks, he got some message on his phone and Laurie knew her husband to know he was pissed off at the text he got. She saw him make phone call but hang up. He got his coffee and left.

"She Laurie he's not cheating, I don't know what is going on with him talking once or twice to Bens aunt maybe she's just healing having hard time with it. I know the rifkins are still a mess understandable." Tobi said.

"Ok I guess your right let just head back to the hotel and go to the spa." Laurie said.

They headed back Laurie did notice Andy walk ahead of them in the same direction she wonder where he was heading or even where his car was parked. They followed behind him still as she had told him she was heading up North not to the city. She still had a nagging feeling about everything and needed to investigate what was happening with Andy. She thought maybe his drinking is worse than she ever thought. She looked up and noticed it instantly Andy walked into the parking garage of a hotel the Hyatt regency a few minutes later she saw his black audi drive away. She knew Charlotte was staying there she saw her going in earlier. Tobi just starred in shock at Laurie, she felt nothing her anger inside of her. She felt like she was looking through a looking glass at someone else life, but it was her life now. She was not going to let this happen she told a Tobi she would confront Charlotte that night. That it would be the end of them for good.
