'Ready for today?' Colin asked Sam as they were about to leave. 'Hell yes! I am really looking forward to it.' said Sam enthusiastically. 'Great, so am I!' Colin replied just as happily. "Josh are you ready too?" Colin asked his best friend. "Yeah sure," he replied. Josh took the football tickets from the table. 'We mustn't forget that, of course.' Josh laughed.
"Of course you can't enter the stadium like that, Sam." Colin said to the girl as they were on their way. Sam looked at him questioningly. "Huh why not?" she asked. 'Of course you must have a shirt!' Colin said enthusiastically, and he quickly led the girl to the fan shop they walked right past.
"Pick one." Colin said to the girl. "Wow are you serious?" Sam asked in surprise. "Yeah, sure." Colin replied and Sam walked into the shop and went straight to the classic red Manchester United shirt. "I want that then." Sam said happily. "Okay, it'll be arranged!" Colin said and he paid for the shirt. Sam pulled it right over the shirt she was already wearing. 'Looks good on you.' Colin said to the girl. Sam gave the man a hug. "Thank you Col." She said. "No problem, Sammy." He hugged her back. "Now you're all set, Sam!" Josh said enthusiastically. 'On to the stadium!' Sam shouted happily.
Josh handed Colin and Sam a ticket and then they were allowed in. They were close to the field so Sam could see all the players up close. "And how do you like it?" asked Josh. 'Awesome! This really is the best ever!' said Sam enthusiastically. They haven't even started the game yet.' Colin said with a laugh.
Not long after, the match started. It was an exciting game because Manchester United played against fellow city rivals Manchester City. And whoever won had a very good chance of becoming champion. Fortunately United quickly took the 1-0 lead and Sam went crazy. She gave Colin and Josh a high five. 'Yes!' she cried happily.
Colin sat looking at Sam with satisfaction. He saw the twinkle in her eye. He was so glad he and Jennifer gave that present to Sam. She was really enjoying the game and the atmosphere in the stadium.
After the game was over, the players walked past the crowd for a lap of honor. The atmosphere was good because they had just won against their arch-rival. As the players walked past Sam, a player threw his shirt into the crowd. "Josh catch!" screamed Sam, unable to reach himself. Josh stretched out his arm and he caught the shirt. He quickly handed it to Sam.
The player gave Josh a thumbs up and winked. 'Oh my God!' shouted Sam. 'I just have Donny van de Beek's shirt!' And she gave Josh a big hug. Josh and Colin looked at each other.

"And how did you like today?" Colin asked the girl when they got back to the hotel. 'It was really magnificent! said Sam, still beaming. 'Good!' said Colin. "I'm going to hang the shirt in my room at home anyway." said Sam happily. 'Yes! I'll do that for you as soon as we get home.' Josh promised the girl.
'Thank you so much for this great day! I love you.' Sam said as she was about to go to bed. "I'm glad you liked it so much, Sammie." Colin said sweetly and he patted her head.
"But now it's really time to go to sleep. It's already half past eleven and tomorrow our flight back to America is already at seven.' said Josh. He walked over to Sam and kissed her forehead. "Sleep well, Sam." He said. 'You too.' Sam replied. And she was so tired that she fell asleep right away.
