The plane landed in District 12. Finally, Carol sighed in relief. Carolyn took her bag with her along the way. When she got out, shewas suprised that Katniss was there.

"Nice to see you again." Katniss smiled.

"It's great to be back in the district," Carol replied with a smirk. "How's my little nephew and niece?"

"Fine," Katniss said. "Katy and Peter are back at the house with your cousin."

"I just love how you mixed both of your names to create a cool name for your children." Grinned Carol.

"Let's just say it was Peeta's idea." Katniss added.

         "I see." Carolyn answered.

        "Yep." The brunette recalled.

"Well, I should be heading home now." Carol announced.

"Alright then," Katniss began. "oh. By the way, here's a pink frosted cupcake from your loving cousin. He told me to give it to you when you were back."

"Thank you so much Katniss," Carolyn said with awe. "please say thank you to Peeta as well. He's the kindest cousin I've ever had."

          "I will." Katniss declared.

"See you!" Carol beamed waving to Katniss as she headed home.

          "Goodbye!" Yelled Katniss.

On the way home, Carolyn nibbled on the cupcake. There was little frosting on her face, but Carol didn't mind. She still had business to do with the tasty delicacy. By the time the blondie finished her sweet treat, she reached home. She twisted the door knob and light beamed inside. When she closed the door, the light disappeared as if it vanished in thin air. Carol set her bag in a nearby table and stretched. Her arms stretched up like a tall giraffe. Carolyn got inside the bathroom and stripped completely. Carol got in the bathroom and opened the faucet. Cold, gushing water poured her body. Carolyn got some shampoo and scrubbed her smelling hair. Then, she rinsed it off. After that, soap covered her body. She rinsed the soap as well. Carol pulled both of the towels at once. She placed one on top of her head and the other she wrapped her body in. Carolyn went outside to fetch new clothes. This time, she got out her grey sweatpants and her grey matching shirt. Carol snuggled herself in cozily in her warm bed. I sure missed sleeping on my bed, Carol smiled to herself as her eyelids shut close. She slept the whole afternoon and night. This was nice since Carol didn't get that much sleep at where the 74th Hunger Games were held. The night sky was as dark as a black out. Diurnal animals slept while nocturnal animals roamed freely. Carol pulled the covers in closer since it was cold. She should've not opened the windows. Carolyn told herself to add this in her Do-Not-Do list. In the Do-Not-Do list, she added: Do-Not-Open-The-Windows-At-Night. Carolyn continued dreaming about Cato and herself in her sleep.
