Carolyn woke up and saw a glimpse of the sun rising. Carol smiled at scenes like this. Especially when Peeta painted her a picture of the sun rising.

"That's it," Carol exclaimed pointing a finger in the air while she got up. "I'll go visit the Mellark family today!"

The blonde girl ran straight to the kitchen to prepare herself breakfast. She looked inside the fridge and got out milk. In the cabinet, she got out her favorite cereal. Carol also got a spoon and bowl in the cabinet. Carolyn quickly set the materials on the table and fixed herself something to eat this lovely morning. After doing that, Carol quickly munched her meal. She put the bowl and spoon into the sink and began washing it. She set them once they were washed and soaped. Carol put the milk carton back into the fridge and the cereal into the cabinet. Carolyn immediately made rushed to the bathroom. She took out a toothbrush and her toothpaste. She brushed her down then gurgled. Carol went inside her room to change. She got out a green sweater, brown pants, brown shoes with white socks, and a black shirt. Carolyn decided to go denim today. After placing all of her clothes on, she locked the door so no one can tresspass into her property and headed towards Victor Village.

Carol smelled fresh bread being baked when she had managed to get to the Mellark house. Peeta must be baking today, Carol grinned. She knocked to see if anyone was there. She found Katy sticking her head in the window and waved at her aunt. Carol grinned and waved back at the blonde. Seconds later, the door opened for her to enter. Katy suddenly hugged Carolyn.

           "Hello there, Katy!" Squealed Carolyn.

           "Hi, Aunt Carolyn." Smiled Katy.

"How's my favorite niece today?" Questioned Carol.

"Great since you're here Aunt Carol." The young blonde answered.

A moment later, Peeta, Katniss, and Peter arrived to the front door.

"Peety!" Carol rushed to hug her older cousin.

"Hey there Carol." Peeta greeted his cousin wrapping his arms tightly around her waist.

Carol broke the hug and went to cuddle Katniss.

"Nice to see you again Carol." Grinned Katniss.

"Nice to see you as well, Kat-Kat." Carol joked as he went to embrace his nephew.

"Hi there, Auntie." The Peter beamed.

           "Wassup Pete." Carol smirked.

"What brings you here to the Mellark house Carol?" Asked Peeta.

           "Just visiting you guys."

"Would you like some treats?" Asked Katniss as she held a plate filled with sweet stuff.

"Sure thing!" Pleased Carol as she went over to check on the huge plate filled with good delicacies. She grabbed few pieces of candy. Carol unwrapped a caramel-filled candy and popped it into her mouth. Carolyn moaned in delight as she tasted the sweet candy. The Mellark's laughed at the sight of what Carol was doing.

"What?" Carol grinned as she asked the four.

"Nothing." Peeta, Katniss, Peter, and Katy all replied as a chorus.

Oh Mellarks, thought Carol with a bright smile on her face.

So that's Carol visiting the Mellark's! I know it's boring; I just don't have bright ideas like some other author's do. And yeah... It's pretty short as well. I need someone who could give me bright ideas? Any suggestions? I'll take them.
