9 down, 13 more to go said Carolyn to herself. It was awfully quite in the woods today. She decided to sing Safe and Sound in the honors of all the district members who fought in the games.

"I remember tears streaming down your face when I said, "I'll never let you go."
When all those shadows almost killed your light.
I remember you say, "Don't leave me here alone."
But all that's dead and gone and passed tonight.

        Just close your eyes.
        The sun is going down.
        You'll be alright.
No one can hurt you now.
        Come morning light.
You and I'll be safe and sound.

Don't you dare look out your window darling.
        Everything's on fire.
The war outside our doors keeps raging on.
        Hold onto this lullaby.
        Even when the music's gone.
        Gone.

         Just close your eyes.
         The sun is going down.
         You'll be alright.
No one can hurt you now.
         Come morning light.
You and I'll be safe and sound.

         Oooh, Oooh, Oooh, Oooh.
         La, La. La, La.
         La, La. La, La.
         Oooh, Oooh, Oooh, Oooh.
         La, La. La, La.

         Just close your eyes.
         You'll be alright.
         Come morning light.
You and I'll be safe and sound...

Oooh, Oooh, Oooh, Oooh." Carolyn sang. She felt a droplet of her tear stream down her face. She hadn't noticed that mockingjays, hummingbirds, and other birds were listening to her. She wiped her eyes with her right arm. The birds have never heard a sound like this before. Carolyn's singing was magnificent. Such great harmony. Such perfect symphony. Carol smiled at the birds who looked at her. Her smile was gorgeous compared to others. Carolyn looked up and saw the clouds beginning to shift. Carol got up and found five more bodies. As usual, Carolyn called the Capitol. This time, it was Effie.

           "Carolyn!" Squealed Effie.

"Hello again Madame Trinket." Replied Carol with a grin.

"How are you darling?" Asked Effie with a smile.

"I'm feeling alright Effie." Carolyn said.

"That's great to hear." Effie foresaid.

"I found five bodies in a location near the river Effie." Carol mentioned.

"We'll be on our way," Effie replied quickly. "and this time, I'm coming with the helpers."

            "Wonderful!" Exclaimed Carolyn.

The plane soon landed down, making sure to avoid the trees. Effie was the one who came out first. She rushed over to Caroline and gave her a kiss on her forehead.

             "Dearie!" Shouted Effie.

             "Effie!" Smiled Carol.

The helpers loaded the dead bodies into the plane while Effie and Carolyn were talking.

"I hope your liking this place," Effie told Carolyn. "I know this place might be a bit scary, but at the end, you'll love it.

Carolyn giggled. "I'm sure I'll love it Effie."

"It's time to leave now Miss Effie!" Yelled Erwin.

"Alrighty!" Yelled Effie. Effie turned to face Carolyn. "Take care of yourself alright, Carol." Said Effie making sure Carolyn would be alright.

"No worries Effie," Replied Carol. "I'll be okay."

"Okay then." Effie said. Effie left with the others and the plane flew back again. 14 down, 9 more. Carol was glad her journey was almost ending.

That's Chapter Four done. Spoilers: 22 more tributes to go before Carolyn Faye revives her beloved one! How are you loving this so far? This is supposed to be after Mockingjay. How do you guys think Safe and Sound by Taylor Swift goes with Chapter 4? I thought the music would go perfect with this chapter because Carolyn's not that fond of war. Well, I can't wait for Chapter Five to come out. This is SaylaDemon signing off.
