Carla's pov:

We entered the compound and Carlos parked the limo in front of the house. Matt and I both got out of the car and proceeded to go in through the main entrance. I was feeling exhausted from moving up and down at the gallery and greeting people. On our way upstairs we met Miranda, she looked worried as if something happened.

"Good evening Carla, Matt… how was your day?" she asked. But she sounded a bit low.

"Good evening" we said in unison "we had a great day, but you on the other hand, you look kinda sad…what's wrong?" I questioned. She hesitated before answering. Matt also looked concerned.

"It's Tiffany, she knocked off from school at the usual time. She told me that she and her friends were going to be upstairs and if they needed anything they would tell me. But when I noticed that it was quiet in her room, I opened the door and there was no one in the room. '' she explained.

"Maybe she's with Kim… have you tried to call her?" Matt asked.

"Yes. I called both Kim and Tiffany but their phones weren't going through, so I went to Kimberly's house but no one was there." she said in a low tone.

Hearing her say that made me panic, I looked at my watch and the time was 9.13pm. Tiffany has never been out alone or with friends at this time of the night without adult supervision. Matt and I started calling all her friends' parents and they all thought that they were here with us for the sleepover. My knees suddenly became weak and I couldn't stand properly. I moved to the couch in the living room and I sat down. I was trying very hard to keep myself calm but I was failing miserably, then I remembered that we didn't call Ivy's mom. I started going through my contacts to see if I have her number but unfortunately I didn't--how did I forget to save her number, she's my only hope right now. Wait a minute I have her card upstairs in my purse. I quickly told Miranda to go and get the card for me, a few minutes later she came back with it, she gave me the card and I quickly dialed her number. She picked up on the second ring, and I told her the situation with the girls. Like the previous parents Matt and I called she sounded scared but she told me that she will ask her son and she will get back to me.

Matt sat next to me, Miranda and Lauren sat on the couch opposite ours. We were all waiting impatiently for her to get back to me. She did and she told me that her son saw them at the party. She gave me the address of the house which is 25 minutes away from here. Matt grabbed the keys to the SUV and Miranda and I followed him to the car, we told Lauren to wait for our parents. Matt drove us out of the yard to our destination.

When we reached the house, we saw a bunch of teenagers going back to their cars, some couldn't even stand properly because they were drunk. We got out of the car and we walked on the green grass trying to avoid bumping into these young people whose parents are probably worried sick wondering where their children are. We met Ivy's mom at the front porch and she called her son and told him to come outside with the other's. Within seconds they were all standing in front of us except for Tiffany and Ivan. They were scared when they saw us because they knew that they were caught.

Matt was as confused as I was to see that Tiffany isn't with the group. "Kim, where is Tiffany?" Matt asked.

They all looked shocked as if Matt said something wrong.

"Uhh, Mr Jones… Tj left two hours ago," she sounded confused.

"What do you mean by Tj left two hours ago?" I questioned trying to figure out what's going on.

"She's right Mrs Jones. Tj started feeling sick when she drank the cup of alcohol, and when we saw the state she was in we asked Ivan to bring her back home and I gave him my car keys." Ethan explained.

"Maybe he took her to his house," Ivy's mom stated trying to make us feel better.

I quickly dialed her number and when she picked up I asked her if Tiffany and Ivan were at her house but she said no. My hands started shaking, they all looked at me waiting for me to tell them what Mrs Hathaway is just from telling me. I narrated everything to them and the mood around me changed. We asked Ethan to show us where he parked his car and when he took us there, we found his car still parked at the same place he left it but one of the doors was opened and the keys were on the ground next to the vomit.

What if they were attacked by thieves but then why would they leave the car behind.

Just the thought made my body numb, I didn't even realize that my phone slept off my hands. The phone hitting the ground and the screen shattering caused everyone to turn and look at me. Matt moved close to me and he hugged me, the tears I was trying to hold back betrayed me. I could hear Miranda on the phone through my sobbing talking to the police. Within minutes the whole place was swamped by the police. Ivan's parents came and they also looked distraught. After hours of being questioned by the police, we went back home but before we reached home we dropped off Kim at her house. When we reached home Matt and I went straight to our room. I cried myself to sleep in Matt's arms with my head on his chest.
