(Y/n)'s POV
"So, you tell me not to fight," I spoke with a long sigh as I leaned back in the chair, and turned my head to eye my boyfriend who was in the seat next to me, "Only to do it yourself, and now look what happened." I raised my cuffed hands to gesture around the police station, "Good job." I dropped my hands down to my lap.

So yeah, we got arrested. Emphasis on 'we', not Clovis or Celeste though - just Anakin and I. Normally I'd find this situation to be humorous, but I was scared for what was in store for Anakin. I can only pray that he doesn't go back to jail over this. He didn't even really hit Clovis, he just slammed him to the ground—twice; he shouldn't have tried to get back up.

He slowly turned his head and glared at me, "He had the nerve to call you a derogatory name. I wasn't going to let him get away with that," He huffed before attempting to fold his arms across his chest, until he remembered he was also cuffed which made it impossible. So he dropped his arms back down in annoyance, "I fucking hate these things." He seethed, and this was the first time I've actually seen him so frustrated.

I scooted closer to him so I was partially sitting on my own chair and partially on his. I leaned my head down and laid it on his shoulder, "It's gonna be okay." I tried to not only convince him, but myself.

He let out a long sigh, and I felt his lips brush against my hair before he lightly kissed me, "I'm sorry (Y/n)," He whispered close to my ear, "I shouldn't have lost my temper like that."

"No you shouldn't have," I agreed, but not in a judgmental tone, "But I understand your reasons, so thank you." I shifted my position slightly before peering up and meeting his blue eyes that were already on me, "For defending my honor." I smiled softly.

He smiled back, "So does this mean you'll wait for me for the next three years or so?" I know he was only joking, there's no way he'd get that for something as small as this.

I chuckled and pushed away the nervous feeling in my stomach, "I'll wait ten, but that's my limit," I shrugged, "After that I'll marry a rich man and steal his fortune."

Anakin chuckled with me, "Then when I do get out, we can live off of his money together after he mysteriously dies in a boating accident."

Now I was laughing - enjoying the way we were trying to lighten each other's mood, "Sounds like a plan blondie, now I kind of want you to go to jail so we can set this in motion."

He narrowed his eyes with a look of disbelief, "I don't!" He exclaimed before laughing more with me until the light that shined on us went dim and we heard the sound of someone clearing their throat.

We both slowly turned our heads forward, then lifted our nervous gaze to the eyes of both my father and Anakin's brother who were both glaring at us unamused.

"We are so happy that you two find this funny," Obi-Wan spoke sarcastically with a scowl aimed straight at his younger brother, "You're very lucky that you were with her," He pointed at me without taking his eyes off of Anakin, "And that her father is friends with the arresting officers, or else you'd be behind bars right now for assault," He snapped as he tapped his foot impatiently on the floor.

"He called me before putting it down as an official arrest," My father explained, his gaze burning holes into me.

Anakin's head dropped down in shame, "I'm sorry Obi-"
