What Do You Do?

What do you do when you have a friend or few in need of your help all at once?

What do you do when your friend wants to be alone?

What do you do when you are afraid of leaving your friend alone but give them their space anyways?

What do you do when your friend needs your help but you are not sure of what to say to help them?

What do you when there is so much already going on but more things continue to pile on?

What do you do when you are holding in a BIG DARK secret from a friend because it is not your place to tell them?

What do you do when the stress levels continue to rise?

What do you do when your friends try to kick their bad habits but cannot seem to stop?

What do you do when your friends' bad habits grow stronger?

What do you then when you don't know how to help them beat their bad habit?

What do you do when you cannot sleep because you are worried about your friends?

What do you do when you are trying to cope and deal with all of the stress and pressure school, family, friends, society, and life put on you all at once?

What do you do when you are trying to decrease the stress and pressure of school, society, and life puts on you but more and more seems to pile on?

What do you do when you try to mask your true feelings and emotions from surfacing?

What do you do when you try to hide how you are really feeling inside from your friends, family, self, and everyone else because you don't want them to worry about you anymore than they already do?

What do you do when try to keep everything inside but it gets harder and harder?

What do you do when you just can't hold back all the tears any longer?

What do you do?

What do you do when you so badly want to tell your friend everything that is being kept from them to spare them from any more worry?

What do you do when you don't know who to talk to and confide in without saying too much?

What do you do when you don't know whom to turn to without adding on to their stress levels?

What do you do when you just can't take it anymore and don't want your own bad habits to return?

What do you do when you try not to bring down a friend who's trying to stay afloat themselves but worries anyway?

What do you do when you don't want to ruin the good and happy times of a friend who is already dealing with so much and trying to kick their bad habit?

What do you do when that same friend is trying to keep their bad habit hidden from their loved one?

What do you do when that same friend begins to worry even more about the other friend trying to kick their bad habit?

What do you do when you want to talk to someone about all of this but they are not available when you need them?

What do you do when you just can't take it anymore?

Do you just give up?

What do you do when your friend wants to just give up on life?

What do you do when that same friend just wants to be alone but you're afraid they may try to give up on life while alone?

What do you do when you have a friend who is clueless to everything that is going on around them?

What do you do when life gives you WAY too many lemons?

Do you try to make more lemonade even though you're tired and just want to give up?

What do you do?

What do you do when you don't know how much to tell a friend about what's going on in fear that you may reveal too much information?

What do you do when you don't know how much that same friend knows already about what's going on around them?

What do you do when your friend needs to be comforted but you is unsure if your words are helping them or not?

What do you do when everyone is trying to remain strong for the other so they bottle up what they are really feeling inside and hiding it from everyone around them?

What do you do when everyone is tired of it all even though they are clueless of EVERYTHING that is going on around them?

What do you do when the stress levels become TOO high?

What do you do when music is your therapy and helps for the time being but then stops?

Have FAITH in God.

Let GO and let GOD take the wheel.

What do you do when you don't want to tell your parents about all of the stress you are dealing with to spare them from any more worries?

What do you do when you just want to sleep?

Go to sleep and wake up the next day and take on one issue/problem at a time.
