Chapter 9

~Noah's POV~

I felt guilty. Maybe I over reacted. Should I go back and apologize? I'm sure she's fine, it's not like we were personal yet.

There wasn't going to be a bus around at ten o'clock at night, I guess I'm walking.
"Noah!" I heard a girl yell behind me, it wasn't Demi.
I turned around, it was Lizzy.
"Ugh, what?" I answered sharply.
"Why the hell did you do that to Demi?!" She screamed.
"She deserved it. Demi's just like all the other stuck up girls in this world."
"Oh excuse me? Demi's amazing, and you will not talk about her like that as long as I'm here, you don't deserve someone as great as her!"
"Ya know what Lizzy? Just stay out of it! You don't know anything about love or relationships! I should know."
"I'm not going to stay out of it! Demi is the only one who has ever excepted me as a friend and if you can't see that there's something wrong with you Noah! You hurt me once and I'm not just going to stand here and watch you hurt Demi just the same!"
"I hurt you?? You left me! So quit blaming this crap all on me."
"You know what you did Shackelford." She hissed with narrow eyes.
Lizzy's eyes were filled with fury, and I, well I was on the verge of crying like a baby.
I closed my eyes, breathed in and said, "Lizzy, please, leave me alone I need space. Have a good night."
With that I walked away.
