>> Claire can't help it.  She was drunk.  We were at the party and can testify to it. << said Mandy.
Tom suddenly changed the subject: >> Oh, you were at the party too? <<
Scarlett and George left with Claire and then Mick and Mandy stayed.  Tom's friends.  You could see Tom fighting against his guilt that his friends couldn't go to parties because of him.

>> How was it there at the party.  Did you have a lot of fun without me? << Tom asked ironically.  Mick and Mandy exchanged looks.
>> Huh, who broke off the friendship spontaneously. <<, said Mandy indignantly.

>> This party was way cooler than hanging out with you.  I mean, have you ever seen George's villa? <<, enthused Mick, >> You really are a loser. <<
Suddenly Tom punched Mick in the face, but really.  I could understand.  I mean, as he stated, it was the very last one.  I wasn't shocked because before the whole thing, I experienced this every day.
"Please, let's get out of here." Riley said anxiously.

I ignored it and was used to seeing it in general.
"TOM, WHAT DID YOU DONE?" Mandy screeched.
Tom stood there paralyzed and Riley ran away.  A little later, Riley didn't want anything to do with me.  She said she was scared of me.  Dirty day!

In the evening I was bored.  Bad luck for Riley if she doesn't want to be my friend anymore.  We never were.  But how am I supposed to apologize to Riley?
Well ... good girls always give a second chance.  I decided to call her.

>>Hey Riley, how are you?<<
>>What do you want?<< she asked sadly.
>>I'm sorry about the mess today.  I want to make it up to you and wanted to ask you if you want to go to town with me tomorrow?  I also invite you to an ice cream.<<
>>That's a really great idea, Rikki, sorry accepted.<<
