Night had finally descended upon the city, wrapping everything in a velvety blanket of darkness punctuated by the glimmer of stars. We lingered at the diner for as long as we could, until the owner practically had to shove us out the door, tired of our endless chatter and laughter. Namjoon, ever the resourceful one, had convinced the cashier we'd settled the bill, a bold move that was neither reasonable nor exactly ethical, but at this point, we were living on borrowed time.

As we stepped out into the cool night air, a sense of adventure coursed through us. We wandered the streets for about half an hour, laughing and joking, until we stumbled upon a quaint park. "Nice!" I exclaimed, feeling the energy in my veins spark at the sight of the swings.

Without hesitation, I grabbed Jin's hand, tugging him towards the swings, my excitement bubbling over. "Come on!" I urged, my face lighting up with joy.

"Slow down, I'm coming!" Jin chuckled, amusement dancing in his eyes as he watched my eagerness. His fond smile only fueled my excitement further. I plopped onto the swing, feeling like a kid again, and he moved behind me, ready to push.

As I swung back and forth, the cool wind whipped against my face, sending my hair flying like I was soaring through the sky. It felt exhilarating, as if I could almost take flight. I glanced up at the night sky, dotted with twinkling stars, and for a moment, all my worries faded away.

But then a pang of sadness washed over me. Tomorrow would bring chaos, and I couldn't shake the feeling that this peace would soon be shattered. However, a flicker of determination ignited within me. In this world of the MCU, I vowed that no one would die on our watch. We were here to make a difference, to protect the innocent, and I wouldn't let anyone down.

I watched the lively scene unfold around me, feeling warmth bloom in my chest. Taehyung, Jimin, and Jungkook were darting about like a pack of hyperactive children, laughter echoing through the park as they playfully chased one another. Their joy was infectious, and it almost made me forget the impending chaos of tomorrow. Meanwhile, Yoongi lay on the grass, his head cradled in his arms, gazing up at the stars with a calmness that was both soothing and admirable. Hosoek and Namjoon strolled together, their heads bent in deep conversation, occasionally breaking into laughter that added to the park's lively ambiance. It felt blissfully normal, like nothing could disrupt this precious moment.

I snapped back to reality when I felt Jin halt my swing. "Tired already, old man?" I teased, flashing him a smirk that I knew would get under his skin. Jin hated being called old more than anything, and it was a fact I delighted in using against him.

"You brat! Is that how you thank me?!" he retorted, hands planted firmly on his hips, a mock glare on his face. I couldn't help but laugh at his exaggerated indignation.

"Get back here!" he shouted playfully as I hopped off the swing and dashed away, my laughter trailing behind me like a song.

With a cheeky grin, I ran towards Yoongi, who had been peacefully basking in the moonlight. I flopped down beside him, sinking into the grass as I stared up at the endless sky. He turned his head slightly, offering me a small, knowing smile that spoke volumes in our silent camaraderie. We lay there together for a few moments, enveloped in a comfortable silence, the kind that felt like a warm hug.

Not long after, the rest of the boys joined us, settling down around us in a loose circle, their bodies forming a warm cocoon against the cool night air. The soft grass beneath us contrasted with the twinkling stars above, creating an atmosphere of pure magic. Jimin snuggled up beside me, settling his hand under my head as if it were the most natural thing in the world. It felt so cozy and intimate, surrounded by my brothers, my family.

"You guys ever thought about home since we got here?" Hoseok's voice broke the serene stillness of the night, causing all of us to turn our heads toward him. The question hung in the air, heavy with unspoken feelings. Honestly, I hadn't given it much thought. Should I feel guilty for not missing home?
