Chapter.16

"Loki's coming to join the Avengers!"

Jungkook blurted out. The room went unusually silent, Jimin could swear he heard the sound of crickets. Namjoon's eyes almost popped out of sockets when he heard the news, he had no idea what to say so he looked like a gapping fish at the moment. He cleared his throat before shouting, "Loki's what now!!". He studied the others to see if this was a joke or not and apparently their face showed nothing but shock and a bit of concern. 

"That was not supposed to happen!", Namjoon groaned as he moved to sit on the couch beside J-hope who also seemed startled by the news. This was not supposed to happen, in the movies that are but then again, this isn't a movie but an unbelievable reality so anything can happen. Right?

"Gosh...this is so fucked up", Jimin cried earning a swat from Jin on the head, "Language!", he yelled at the younger making him sulk. "What does all this mean Hyung...nothing so far is going according to the movies?", Tae questioned everyone's doubts to Namjoon who was lost deep in his thoughts. Namjoon sighed before standing up to face the others who were. "That may be because this isn't a movie.", he answered briefly while the others had no clue what their leader was implying. They just blinked at him, hoping for him to continue so they could understand what he meant. "Man, are you gonna explain or...", Hobi trialed with a raised eyebrow earning an eye-roll of disbelief from Namjoon. 'God these are my group of idiots and not the science bros, how could I forget!', he thought before speaking. 

"Guys just because we are in the movies doesn't mean it has to go exactly how it is. Think about it", Namjoon started pacing like he's taking a lecture for a bunch of teenage students."We only know what happened in the movies which were released with time gaps and we have no idea what happened with the time gaps". 

"But that doesn't explain why the trickster dude's joining us when he's supposed to be whistling around in a royal cell in Asgard.", Jungkook mentioned. "I was getting to that kook", Namjoon said giving him a look that meant 'let me finish', and that was enough to shut the overgrown bunny up. "Did you all forget how Tony nearly died when he was supposed to wake up like in the movies, or when the leviathan was meant to be destroyed by hulk?", Namjoon claimed and internally let out a sigh of relief seeing that they were coming to understand the situation. 

"Guys we've been so focused if things are happening like in the films that we forgot to realize this isn't a movie after all. It's reality, you, me, this tower, the avengers...all of it are real and anything can happen, this is the real-life we're talking about and we know it ain't going anyway we think. So Loki may or may not come and he may or may not join the team but either way, the main outlines will still appear similar to the movies, it's just that there can possibly be a few alterations. Hence, the sudden news of Loki joining the team". Namjoon ended with a proud smile while the others were once again in awe after seeing their leader explain stuff like it's a piece of cake which to him, it is. This right here is the reason why Kim Namjoon was the leader of the 'Dark Warriors, no one else in the team could ever make accurate observations like him, and no one else could certainly not solve tough situations like these and keep himself and everybody else calm in the process. 

"So what do we suggest we do when Loki comes then?", Jin asked. "Simple, we ignore him, and if he creates trouble, we have four of our own troublemakers for defense", Hobi said indicating the four youngsters of the group and no one denied the true statement. That's when Jimin realized one big problem, "Oh no!!", he screeched making the others flinch and look at him. "What?", Tae asked rubbing his ear after the sudden yell from the person standing next to him. "Y/n", Jimin answered. "If this is about telling we'll tell both her and Yoongi when they're prese-", Namjoon said before he was cut off by Jimin. "No Hyung, not that. Y/n and Loki in the same tower? that's like putting two angry honey badgers in a single room, the tower will probably end in ashes. Didn't you see the way they were at each other's throats when they first met!!", Jimin explained making the others look at him with shock and realization. "I'm sure it won't be that bad...", Jin trailed off, even he couldn't completely deny Jimin.
