Dear Luke,
Remember when you first told me you loved me? We were sitting on the beach, except this time it was midday and we had actually been swimming in it. I had been wearing my plain black bikini and you wore your blue swim trunks. Your hair was matted down from the salty water and as was mine. You dragged me under water, which may I add was up to my stomach, and when I come up, you were smirking at me. I splashed water at you and when I tried to splash you again, you held my arms and brought me close and kissed me slowly. I kiss back, but only for a second before you pull away. I remember I was so confused on why you pulled back.
"I'm in love with you," I remember you blurting out. My mouth hangs open and I'm unable to say anything back. You just stared at me and I couldn't register what you had said to me. Your face turned sad and when I realized what just happened I said it back.
"I'm in love with you, Luke Hemmings." I smiled at you, kissing you hard. You smiled as you kissed me back and I remember that was one of the best days of my life.
I miss your "I love you's". I miss going to the beach with you.
