I barge into William's bedroom without knocking, and face the consequence. He is sitting with his boxers on - only his boxers on. After five mintues of openly staring at him, he turns his head and quirks an eyebrow.

"I-um," I furrow my eyebrows, trying to speak properly. "William, there's something wrong here,"

"Other than the fact that you barged into my room without asking, and proceeded to molest me with your eyes?"

"Shut up," I frown. "I was looking through the database. The Seven Hands were founded to search for the mind control serum. And they were the ones who took Drew and I in. How coincidental is that?"

"They took you for the same reason we did," he says, sitting up.

"Except in a slightly more comforting way," I reply dryly.

"Life isn't comforting," he mutters, brushing past me.

I follow him back to his office, and he logs back onto the database. As he is switching windows, I see the same document, which looked like a story earlier, on the screen. Taking the mouse from him, I click on it, but before I can properly inspect it, he takes the mouse back and closes the window.

"What was that?" I ask curiously.

"None of your damn business," he says under his breath.

"Was that a story?"

"Lydia," he sighs, frustrated. "Leave me the hell alone,"

"Were you reading it or writing it?" I raise an eyebrow, grinning.

He ignores me and starts to search things up in the database. Frowning, he turns to me and asks, "When you ran away from me the first time, where did you go?"

"To my aunt and uncle's house in Northern Cali," I reply. "Why?"

"What are their names?"

"You can't possibly be suspecting them. They aren't involved in this at all!" I protest. "They were my father's most trusted people,"

"Then they shouldn't even have profiles here. No harm done. Names, Lydia," he insists.

"No," I shake my head. "This is a waste of time. You aren't going to find anything,"

"Lydia," he growls, taking me by the waist and pulling me towards him. "Don't be ridiculous. People will hurt you and betray you in this world. You have to prepare for the possibility,"

"Let go of me," I seeth. "How dare you? My aunt and uncle are the only ones my family has ever trusted. I went to their house every summer, I have my own clothes there! And after you so kindly kidnapped me after my father's funeral, they were the ones I went to. Who directed me to a saf-"

I stop, my eyes widening in realization. William looks at me furiously and I squirm under his gaze. "Oh my God. They directed us to the Seven Hands,"

"Thanks, Sherlock," he mutters, letting go of me. "Who the hell are these people?"

"Julie and George Campbell,"

He searches Campbell in the database, and my jaw drops in bewilderment.
