Kageyama walked to school with Kurai on her shoulder. She had already planned everything a day ago. She had spoken with her older sister, and had asked her for something. She arrived at the building, walking inside. Everyone looked at her weirdly. After all, she had a crow on her shoulder. But they decided to ignore it. Well, except one person.

"Kageyama?" Yamaguchi asked, surprised to see the girl with a crow. In return, he was greeted with a glare from the girl. He flinched. Hitting his shoulder with her, she walked past him. As she walked by, Yamaguchi could see two pair of injured wings behind her. He looked down in sadness. They had truly done a selfish thing. And it was too late to repair it. Or was it?

"Kageyama, you said you had to talk to me?" the principal asked. The setter nodded.

"I'm transferring schools." she simply said. The man didn't react, which made Kageyama nervous.

"I'm assuming it's because of what the team did, right?" he asked, to which the setter answered with a nod. The principal knew what had happened. And, to say the least, he was not pleased with the situation.

"Make sure you knock some sense into those idiots when you compete in the Interhigh." he told her. She nodded, smiling slightly. Handing him the transferring papers, she left the room. The principal glanced at them.

"Oh... Well, I do hope she's happier with where she's going... I can't imagine if she gets stabbed in the back again." he sighed. To him, all off the students and the teachers were like his children. And he cared for them a lot. Seeing one of them go like this because of the stupidity of some, truly brought him pain.

Kageyama went back home, ready to study her ass off to pass her new school's entrance exam. Kurai, who shifted into his human form, looked at her. "What the heck is all of this..." he mumbled, looking at the textbook's contents. In his world, they didn't actually teach this.

"I know, it's a lot to take in. After all, I actually didn't study this back in my world too. Although it took me a while to adapt to this, I managed." she admitted, starting to take notes. The young shifter watched as she wrote at the speed of sound.

"How do you do it? How do you understand this things?" he asked. The setter just stared at him.

"I'm just using my brain and trying to understand it in a way that's easy." she said, looking back to the book. Kurai just stared at her, dead silent. 'I don't understand.' he thought. The buzz of the girl's phone caught their attention.

"Who is it?" he asked, hoping that it wasn't anyone from Karasuno. Kageyama grabbed her phone. Thankfully, it wasn't someone from Karasuno. And surprisingly, it was Iwaizumi.

"It's Iwaizumi-san, my old upperclassman." she answered. Why was Iwaizumi texting her now? Oh well, it didn't matter. She would just answer him.

Iwaizumi:
Kageyama, I read what happened.
Did they really do that?

:Kageyama
Sadly, yes 😔.
I find it incredibly unfair that they did that.

Iwaizumi:
What are you going to do now?

:Kageyama
I'm already a step ahead 😌.
I'm going to be changing schools.

Iwaizumi:
Wow 😮😮.
You're already prepared??

:Kageyama
Not really.
I asked Miwa to help me with all of this.

Iwaizumi:
I'm so glad she helped you.
Which school are you going to attend now??

:Kageyama
That's a surprise.

Iwaizumi:
Awww, come on!
Kags, tell me.

:Kageyama
One hint.
It starts with an S

Kageyama is offline

Iwaizumi glanced at the hint her kouhai had sent her. It starts with an S. Well, that wasn't helpful at all. There were dozens of schools that started with the letter S. She scratched her head. It would probably take her a long time to figure it out. "Iwaizumi-senpai! Break time is over!" Kindaichi called her. The ace nodded. Putting her phone inside her bag, she walked to the court. She noticed how silent Kunimi was. But it wasn't like always. He gave off a more... depressed aura. It worried her. Was it because of the bomb Kageyama dropped in the group chat? It was the same with Kindaichi, although he masked it better than his best friend.

"Kindaichi, Kunimi." they both flinched "Are you two ok?" the ace asked.

"Yep! Totally fine Iwaizumi-san!" Kindaichi quickly answered, smiling nervously. Iwaizumi frowned. It was obvious they weren't okay, but why wouldn't they tell her? She glanced at them one last time before her focus shifted to the court.
