Chapter 2: The Explaination

Harry's P.O.V.

Me and Athena got back to Black Manor. We walked into the living room and saw uncle Sirius, dad uncle Regulus and uncle Remus. Uncle Sirius said what happened. I said we were walking back from the movie and two dementors came out of nowhere we looked around to make sure there wasn't any muggles and pulled our wands out and got rid of them. A few seconds later Creature popped in the room and said these just got here for mistress Tina and master Harry.

Athena and Harry opened the letters and read them out. Dear Mr Potter/ miss Black. We have received intelligence that you performed the patronus charm at twenty-three past nine this evening in a muggle inhabited area. The serverity of this breach of the Decree for Reasonable Restriction of Underaged Sorcery has resulted in your expulsion from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Ministry representatives will be calling at your place of residence shortly to destroy your wands. We regret to inform you that your presence is required at a disciplinary hearing at the ministry of magic at 9 a.m.on the twelfth of August.

Dad and uncle Sirius said of course they are gonna try to drag your names through the mud. Aunt Christine said let's call in someone to make sure that the ministry aside from a select few don't try to get you two expelled. Mum said I will be right back everyone. She went to the fireplace and said Bones Manor. Susan's head appeared and said yes Lady Potter.

Mum asked is your aunt around. Susan said yes wait right here I will go call for her. We heard Susan call out to madame Bones. Madame Bones came down and said yes Susan. Susan said Lady Potter is calling on the floo network.

Amelia said thank you Susan you may be excused. Mum said its alright madame Bones she can stay. Amelia said alright what can I do for you Lady Potter at this time in the evening. Mum said may you come through it will be easier to explain face to face. Amelia said of course come Susan you can visit your friends while I talk to Lady Potter. Amelia said we will be right there.  Mum stepped back away from the fireplace.

Susan stepped out of the fireplace she curtsied and said good evening Lady Potter. Athena looked up and walked over to Susan and said hi Susan and hugged her. Susan smiled and hugged her back and said hello Tina. Mum and aunt Christine said why don't you guys go and hangout in Athena's room. We said okay Athena and I grabbed a hand and pulled her along with us up to Athena's room.

Pansy and Ginny came out of their rooms and saw us and said hey guys what's Susan doing here. Athena said aunt lily had asked Madame Bones to come over get the others and meet us in my room. They said okay. We continued up to Athena's room or more like one of our rooms. We got into Athena's room and Athena waved her hands and there was enough chairs for everyone.

Pansy, Ginny The Wesley twins Draco, Vincent, Gregory,Ron and Hermione all appeared in Athena's room. Athena popped us into pajamas including Susan. She made a portunus to her mom and asked if Susan can stay the night  if its okay with her aunt. Christine said yes Susan can stay the night over. Susan smiled and said thanks for inviting me to stay the night Tina.

Athena smiled and said your welcome when we go back to school all the girls we are friends with should have a slumber party. The girls said yes let's do it. Me and the guys laughed and I said okay love you are getting off topic from what we called this meeting for. Athena laughed yeah back on topic.

Athena's P.O.V.

I said okay but first all of you have to promise not to get mad. The others said okay. Just before I was about to explain there was a knock on the door and Kreature walked in and said mistress Athena master Sirius has asked me to escort young master Longbottom to your room. Athena smiled and said of course Kreature let him in and can you bring some refreshments for us please. Kreature said of course mistress Tina. We all said thank you.

Neville walked in and looked worried and said Gran got a call from the school and headmaster Dumbledore asked her to come here and talk with your guys parents. I got up and gave him a hug and said we are fine Nev.  I said sit down we were just going to tell the others about what happened. Neville sat down and Kreature knocked on the door. I  said come in Kreature. Kreature came in with refreshments and chocolate chip cookies for us. We all said thank you Kreature. Kreature smiled and popped away.

I said okay well tonight Harry and I had a date night in muggle London and we were walking back from the movie and two dementors came out of nowhere. The others said well this is just stupid you made sure there wasn't any muggles before you used magic. Susan said why were Dementors that far from Azkaban anyways. I said I don't know why they were so far from Azakban. Suddenly I blanked out and got sucked into a vision and fell back. I felt arms wrap around me.

~In my vision it was the day of the trial for Harry and I. Kingsley whispered something to uncle Arthur and  uncle Arthur said well it looks like the minister moved your trial up a hour its in ten minutes. We were walking to the courtroom and we saw Lucius and the minister I glared at Lucius and cancel the protection spell I casted on him when he was married to aunt Cissa. We got to the courtroom and waited for the trial to start. Grandpa Albus walked in and said good morning Harry and Athena. We said good morning Professor. Albus said now we can start. The trial flew by and we ended up getting off due to the memories that Madame Bones extracted from us.~

I came out my vision and Draco called out to his mum and the others. Aunt cissa apperated into the room and saw  me on the floor in Harry's arms. Shortly after the others appeared in the room and asked what happened. I said we need grandpa Albus to be here. Dad said expecto portunum and his dog appeared and dad said Albus your needed at headquarters Athena has had a vision bring Severus and Minerva with you. Sirius said take that message to the headmaster please. Two minutes later the others we're there as well. Grandpa said Athena what did you see.

I said okay me and Harry said accio vial and two vials Floated out of my trunk towards us I casted a spell on the vials to make sure they're not tampered with. I pulled my wand out and extracted my memories of tonight and dropped them into the vial.

Harry did the same as well. Neville looked at his gran and asked can I stay here with Athena and Harry till their trial please. Madame Longbottom said if its okay with their parents. Mum and aunt Lilly said of course you can Neville you are my nephew after all. Neville said thank you aunt Christine.
