Chapter 22: The Midnight Stroll and A Bad Vision

I put Athena in our bed covered her up and tiptoed out the door and slowly closing the door so it wouldn't wake her up. I sat down and looked at our moms and said how are we going to protect her She's not gonna like having to have security detail we all know she likes her alone time too many emotions from the students stress her out. Mum said I don't know love she looked at Christine and asked what do we do. Christine said just let her do her daily routine and when she's out of Hogwarts she just has to be with the kids or us adults or she can master her Animagus quicker by doing extra lessons after you guys are done your Animagus training. I said I don't want her to burn herself out trying to protect herself and everybody.

Mum said I know sweetie we will talk to Athena in the morning and see what she says okay we shouldn't be talking about this without her and the others okay now off to bed guys you all got school in the morning we all kissed our mum's and hugged them tightly and said good night love you. Christine said we will start planning Sirius's welcome home party tomorrow after class and before homework okay. We said okay and headed to bed.

Athena's P.O.V.

I woke up and climbed out of bed. Then I conjured parchment and wrote I went up to the astronomy tower I couldn't sleep love Athena. I waved my wand and turned invisible and then went up to the astronomy tower. I got up  to the astronomy tower and sat there watching the stars and went through the conversation about how Tom is going to try and get me to join him. I started crying quietly to myself and thought how the hell am I going to survive this war raging on in the shadows of my world how am I supposed to protectv everybody I care and love from getting killed cause they joined Harry and I.

I felt someone enter and I looked up and saw Snowbell and my great grandfather and I also felt a phoenix land on my shoulder and saw a black and red Phoenix I jumped and my Great Grandfather chuckled and said every Merlin has had more then one familiar one is always a black and red Phoenix they are super rare and have pretty much disappeared. I sat down and asked how did you find me. Merlin said Snowbell came and got me and led me to you. He asked me what's on your mind Athena. I said the conversation about Tom trying to recruit me and how am I going to protect everyone you heard the prophecy I'm the one that has to protect Harry, Ron, Hermione,Jay, Pansy, Drake and anyone else. Grandpa said sweetheart your not alone the prophecy says you have to protect Harry and keep him on the right path That's why your other Great Grandparents and the others are here to train you and your friends.

I said I don't wanna let anyone down I have all my friends and my first years looking up to me to protect them and I'm scared I'm gonna fail. Snowbell climbed into my lap and my Phoenix nuzzled into my neck singing to me. I felt myself calm down and pet Snowbell rubbing my Phoenix's feathers. Grandpa said we will get through this I promise just let us help you. Grandpa sat down and said now it's time for you to sleep love let's go back.

I stood up and said promise you guys won't leave until we are ready to save our world. Merlin said of course my dear granddaughter I will personally help escort those who are deatheaters to the gates of hell. I said okay I believe you and kissed his cheek and said thank you Grandfather. He chuckled and said your welcome. We got back and saw the Founders and Dumbledore sitting down.

Albus was the first one to stand up and checked me over for any wounds and once he was satisfied he pulled me into a hug and said don't do that again Athena you had us worried. I apologize grandfather I just needed a breather I couldn't sleep. He said please just be careful if anything happened I wouldn't forgive myself and your family would kill me and I do enjoy living my dear. I giggled at seeing my headmaster terrified of mum and dad and I said sorry for worrying you all  I would like you all to meet Morrigan, Mori for short, Mori this is Albus Dumbledore, Godric Gryffindor,Helga Hufflepuff, Salazar Slytherin, Rowena Ravenclaw and you have met Merlin already. They all walked up to her and pet her.

I said the three of us are going to head to sleep goodnight everyone I love you all and hugged my great grandparents and adopted Grandfather and went to bed they all said goodnight our special girl. I got to Harry and I's room and saw Harry sitting up shaking and crying. I thought of a perch for Mori and walked over to the love of my life. I wrapped my arms around and pulled him closer to me. Mori flew over and landed on Harry's shoulder and nuzzled his neck like she did with me and started singing to Harry as Snowbell  climbed into his lap whining for him to wake up. A few minutes later he started to wake up he looked at me and wrapped his arms around me and said I just watched you getting tortured for information about where we were after you got kidnapped. I suddenly went into a vision and saw what Harry saw and all I heard was Snowbell barking to try and get someone to come.

Harry's P.O.V

As soon as Snowbell started barking our room door was busted open and Jay came in. I said Jay go get our parents and Dumbledore now she's in a vision. Jay ran to mum's room and mum came in shortly after our parents and Dumbledore and the founders and Merlin all came in.  Mum and Christine said this is a bad vision she's shaking like she's getting tortured. Athena had tears rolling down her face.

Merlin reacted quickly and said Harry I need you to lay her down and hold her hand  Merlin looked at a black and red Phoenix and said Mori perch on her chest Snowbell goes by her head. The animals listened and went to their spots. Christine and Lily go get a cold compress and a bucket she may throw up she's feeling the pain she is enduring in the vision her gift of sight is getting stronger she's going to need to memorize the signs of an oncoming vision we all need to memorize.  Our mum's took off and came back.

Mum put the cold compress on her forehead and aunt Christine put the bucket down and grabbed her other hand. Mum grabbed my hand that wasn't holding Athena's hand and rubbed circles on my back. Salazar said this means that more familiars will be appearing and it also means that by the end of this school year in June Athena's other gifts will appear which in turn means that we all are going to have to stay longer. Dumbledore asked what will happen with you guys if you extend your stay. Godric said do not worry nothing will happen to the time you pulled us from the time it will be frozen until we return.

Albus said okay so Rowena what can we do to help Athena come back to us. Rowena said step back only another very powerful ocullemency master can break into this child's mind to guide her out of the exit of her mind. Rowena said Harry I need you to get behind her and hold her your her rock you will ground her and you will need to try and calm her down so she doesn't hurt anyone you have control over your fire element and you won't get burned. The rest of you need to go wake the children she's going to need everyone here when she comes around. We all got into our positions I immediately wrapped my arms around her waist laying down with her head on my chest and her body in-between my legs and I immediately started caressing her hair and hummed our song in her ear.

  Rowena stood in front of us and said okay Rowena looked into Thena's eyes and  you could see the pain on Rowena's face as she entered Athena's mind. A few minutes later everybody came in and  Ron what the bloody hell are you doing in that position with Athena. Jay said Ronald enough Harry is trying to help calm her down she is in a really fucking bad vision now is not the time for your normal over protective shit towards them being together. Merlin also added he is literally the only one who can touch her she is giving off a lot of heat  and he's controlling his and her fire element to not set the place a flame so stop acting like an idiot.  Ron said yes sir sorry Harry and Jay.

Jay said whatever now stop distracting Harry. They all waited till Rowena came back and said Christine get the bucket I had to forcefully pull her out of the vision. A few minutes later Ana came back by sitting up releasing the fire along with the vomit the fire bounced off a shield and disappeared in Athena's hand. She still had tears running down her face as well as Rowena and she witnessed herself getting kidnapped  due to you and  her get into an argument and her running off on her own. I said I won't allow us to get into the argument.

Rowena said Harry it has to happen especially by the end of next year because Athena won't have her gifts under control until she uses them in a dire circumstance and neither will you. I said I don't want to lose her. Athena said Harry love look at me we are going to have to be apart for at least a year due to the fact that you will need to go and find Tom's Horcruxes and I will be staying here to protect everyone at school. I said to everyone can we have a minute please. Everyone nodded and left after kissing Athena on the forehead.
