Meredith woke up and headed downstairs for a bottle of water.

"Good morning, Meredith!"

Amelia's high pitched voice was too much for eight in the morning.

"Morning," she yawned and sat down on the stool at the island.

"We are going to see Derek today."

Meredith's eyes went huge, "No."

"Yes, Meredith. You are getting out of this house and going to see the person who loves you."

'He doesn't love me..." Meredith mumbled.

"He does, now go and get dressed."

Amy finished her coffee and went to brush her hair, already dressed. While Meredith slouched and lazily dragged herself up the staircase.

"He's gonna think I'm fat," she sighed before going to change.

Amelia and Addison were singing in the car, Meredith was in the back, looking out the window, zoned out.

"Aren't you excited to see Derek? He misses you," Addie asked while turning the wheel.

"That's what everyone says," she grumbled.

"Meredith. Derek does miss you and he has been wanting to see you. I don't know why you don't feel the same way," Amelia said.

"I'm sorry that I don't feel the same way as your brother! I didn't know it was a crime!"

"Don't talk to me like that!"

"I didn't ask you to come here!"

"Then I'll leave!"

"Go ahead."

"Fine, when you kill yourself, I'll laugh," Amelia said as she crossed her arms.

"No you will not!" Addison started, "Meredith, apologize. Amy, shut up."

"Why do I have to apologize?" Meredith asked.

"Because you instigated."

"She started it! You act like I'm five!"

"Maybe don't act like you're five," Amelia jumped in.

"AMY, I SAID SHUT UP!"Addison yelled.

"At least five year olds don't know how to open pill bottles," Meredith mumbled.

"What? Are you going to do something, Addie?"

"You started. Meredith, stop. Now."

"She said she would laugh if I killed myself."

"She doesn't mean it, Mer."

"Are you on drugs too?"

"Shut the fuck up!" Amy yelled.

"You!"

Addison slammed the breaks and looked at them.

"You two are going to stop and apologize to each other."

"She started it. If she wasn't an idiot and wanted to die, I wouldn't be here."

"I'm not an idiot."

"APOLOGIZE!"

"Sorry," they said in unison and crossed their arms.

Addie began to drive again and pulled to Derek's and Meredith's house.

Meredith slowly got out of the car and stayed behind Addie and Amelia.

Derek opened the door for them to come in, smiling at them all. But his smile grew when he saw Meredith, up until he saw how underweight she is. But the smile remained in hopes of making her feel comfortable.

He gave her a hug, but she tensed.

"Self conscious?" He asked.

She only nodded and he wondered why she was upset.

"Why is she upset?" He asked Addie.

"Her and Amy got in a fight," she sighed.

"What about?"

Before Addison could respond, they hear Amelia scream, "Oh shit! Meredith!"

They walk towards the living room and see Meredith unconscious on the floor.
