12 [Accident]

It was the best day for me in my life, yesterday was the big home coming game and Ace asked me, ME! to go to the home coming dance that was now two days from today and I couldn't be more excited than I am right now. Never in my own life thought this would happen to me in any way shape or form I was so happy I couldn't help the smile on my face.

"You look happy" he voice of my brother Killer broke me out of my happy thoughts.

"Maybe a little" I smiled a bit shy.

He chuckle before patting the top of my head which made me smile and giggle a bit.

"Well I'm glad you are, I'll see you after class" Killer said to me smiling behind his face mask that he always wore which I still couldn't understand why though.

"Alright see you later" I said waving my hand as I went down one hall to head to my first class.

Heading to my first class was simple for the math which was easy for me, not to mention Ace was in this class of course sitting in front of me I couldn't help the small smile on my face as I stole glances a couple of time; I could see Ace looking behind him smirking before holding out his right hand with a piece of paper which made me blush and taking the piece of paper from Ace which made him smirk a bit more.

Making sure the teacher wasn't looking I opened the piece of paper seeing the message that it held for me to see.

'Would you like to go on a date after school?'

Was written on the paper which made me blush even more, I wrote on the other side of the paper and slipping it back to Ace who took it seeing my answer was a total yes of course which made him smile brightly looking over his shoulder looking at me.

If my heart burst out of my chest right now I don't know if it would dance or just fly away forever, I was so happy that the famous Ace the playboy of the school was asking me out and asked me to the dance; I even haven't seen him with any of the other girls that are always around him so I think that he was making sure that I didn't think that I was just another fling and that he actually wanted to be in a serious relationship which made me extra happy.

Soon the bell rang which told us class was done which made us get up and grab our bag, Ace took my hand in his as we both exited the class together some girls were jealous but it was more like 'she's so lucky' or 'I hope I find someone like Ace' it was a nice jealous thing which was fine but the one who wasn't okay with me and Ace was Saya but I haven't seen or heard from her so I wasn't worried but I should have been worried.

"Which class do you have now?" Ace asked as we walked down the hall hand in hand.

"Um, English you?" I answered before looking up at him.

"I have gym, so I'll see you after school for our date?" he said before smirking down at me.

"Yes I'll see you after school" I giggled before standing on my tippy toes and giving Ace a kiss on the cheek.

"Alright see you then" he said giving me a kiss on the forehead before heading off to his gym class as I went to my English class.

English went smooth as ever and I was getting even better with talking normally but I still had some of my words that I still use but it didn't bother me and I didn't get teased about it much anymore.

Grabbing my bag I said goodbye to Ms. Makino who smiled warmly as I left the room, heading to the stairs that head to the outside basketball court in the back of the school; seeing the sight of the court of the point I stood at I could see Ace working hard like always.

Smiling to myself I turned around and froze when I came face to face with Saya seeing her deep frown on her face glaring at me with her red eyes.

"What do you want Saya?" I asked narrowing my eyes blue eyes wondering yet worried.

"I'll keep this simple Lilly, Ace is mine and will stay mine!" she hissed out my name narrowing her eyes a bit more.

"Oh last time I check I was going to the dance with him and I am going out on a date with him after class" I said standing my ground not taking anymore of her shit anymore.

"Well, that will change right now" was the last thing she said to me which everything happened so quickly.

I suddenly found myself before pushed hard down the metal stairs I stood by, Saya stood at the top; hearing the metal hit against my body felt painful. I don't know what was broken or just bruised but hitting the bottom of the stairs was painful when I was slowly blacking out hearing people around. I tried keeping my eyes open seeing the sight of my brother and the other's, Nami and her friends, Makino and Shanks also rushed to the scene. Hearing Luffy's voice I could faintly hear until the sight of Ace kneeling next to me came to my now blurry vision, All I could hear Ace say was 'Your going to be alright' Or ' Don't close your eyes'.

But I couldn't keep that promise feeling the pain was to much and I had to close my eyes as my whole world went dark but at least I know I wasn't dead being in to much pain was another story as I passed out from the pain I was feeling through my body.
