Miranda walked silently next to Pierce before she suddenly stopped "Why did you come to a place like that ?" Pierce shrugged,wincing a little from his wound "I sensed you were going to need some backup, and some evidence." She frowned, but smiled "So, you going to stay awhile ?" Pierce looked thoughtful "I think I might as well, seems I already made enough trouble, so I better stay in case it needs cleaned up." Miranda thought back to the pack headquarters, and about the comparison between Pierce, and even the weakest omegas. Pierce was lean, tall, and looked like a runner, maybe even a professional track man, while the wolf shifters, were big and burly, looking like a gang of rabid motorcycle riding freaks. She thought for a bit longer until she looked at him "Where do you plan to stay ?" Pierce shrugged again, not wincing "Maybe the board house, if I have the money." Miranda frowned "If not ?" Pierce shrugged "Probably stay in the woods, wild man style." Miranda shook her head and tutted "You should stay with me, I'd be more than happy." Pierce frowned "No,no, that'd be a lot to ask of someone you just met who saved your sorry butt from blood wounds." She laughed "Ok, let's make a deal, you chop wood and do other little chores, you can stay with me, free of rent." Pierce looked uncertain but sighed, admitting defeat "Alright, sounds like a deal." They shook hands and Miranda sent a little shock through his arm, on accident, of course "Ow ! Forgot 'bout your witch magic." Miranda blushed sheepishly "I forgot as well." She ushered for him to follow "We better get to my place before dinner at the main hall." He nodded and simply took one stride to match her "The main hall ?" Miranda smiled "They have free meals, and everyone meets there." He nodded and stopped as they arrived at a honeysuckle covered house "Oh wow ! It's lovely !" Miranda smiled "I know."
