His body relaxed against Sunoo's headboard, sitting alone on the boy's bed. This wasn't the first time he had visited Sunoo's room, but it did feel more monumental than before. Mrs. Kim graciously allowed him to stay the night, once Sunoo had explained what had happened. She was furious, demanding that they call the police. Though, Sunghoon knew that his father was too powerful, the police would only blame the boy.
Sunoo staggered to the bed, holding a first aid kit. He shoots Sunghoon a gentle smile. They both looked rough, the fight had left it's mark on the two. Slouched on the bed, Sunghoon looked the worst. He sat with a few shirt buttons undone, his blazer wrapped round his hand to protect the wound, but it was his face that really said it all. Devastated, that's the only thing he could feel.
Unwrapping the blazer, Sunghoon feels a wet cloth meet his skin. Sunoo had soaked it in saline, now dabbing it on the cuts. Using a tissue, Sunoo pats the area dry, it had been safely disinfected. He wraps around a few layers of bandages, the blood soaked through the first set, so he had to add more.
"There, it should be ok now."
Sunghoon doesn't have words, he can only feel regret. He put Sunoo in such a bad situation, hadn't he learnt anything? Lifting his hand, it finds it's most comfortable place, caressing Sunoo's cheek. The boy stares at him with his big, brown eyes, melting Sunghoon in his gaze. Laying a soft kiss onto Sunghoon's lips, Sunoo leans his head against his boyfriends shoulder. Their hands interlock as they close their eyes, both just happy to be together.

The restaurant was extremely busy today, almost every table was full. Since it's opening, 'Jay's Pizza' had been a raving success. The whole town had been talking about it, even Jungwon's parents planned a visit. Wandering in, Jungwon felt weird coming here on his own, Jay hadn't invited him. As he was passing by, he thought it might be nice to pay them a visit.
His eyes flicked around the room, looking for anyone sporting the red uniform. It was actually quite a challenge, eventually spotting Jay after a few minutes. They looked very pleased to see their cutie standing at the entrance. Dropping their responsibilities straight away, coming over to Jungwon.
"I can't talk for long, I guess you can see why." They laugh, gesturing to the jam packed restaurant. "We're super understaffed today."
"Oh if you need some help, I'm free for the afternoon." This was not remotely true, Jungwon was actually on his way to meet Riki. The boy couldn't stop himself though, being class president, he was used to helping people.
"Okay, if you're happy to." Jay smiles, guiding Jungwon to the back room.
It was a classic back room, shelves with stock, lockers for the staff, a small rest area for breaks. It was quite clean as well. Directing Jungwon to a locker, he puts in the code 0202, unlocking it. The locker was almost full of stuff, leaving Jungwon a bit uncomfortable.
"It's my locker, I wouldn't make you put your stuff in some random persons one." They chuckle, playfully ruffling Jungwon's hair.
After carefully placing his bag in the locker, he follows Jay to the corner of the room. "What's that for?" Jungwon asks, seeing that Jay was handing him a red shirt.
"If you're gonna work here, you need to dress the part." Jay covers their eyes with their hand, shoving the shirt into Jungwon's chest. "I promise I won't look."
Jungwon bites his lip, swiftly turning away from Jay. First taking off his grey sweater, then his black top, leaving his bare skin out in the open. He could feel the eyes burning through him, there was no way Jay wasn't looking right now. Eventually, pulling over the red uniform, Jungwon was ready.
