On the edge of the street corner, Heeseung patiently awaited for the girl to arrive. It had been a few weeks since their fight, both distancing themselves after. Heeseung ate himself up about what happened, he felt ashamed at his actions. He really took this time to reflect, making improvements to himself as a person and as a friend. It was now the moment, he was going to fix things and get the girl, once and for all.
Beside one another, Mi-Sun and Heeseung walked through the dark, damp streets of their town. They had seen each other around school, that couldn't be avoided, but this was their first time alone together in a while. They both wanted this conversation to happen; neither of them could build up the courage to arrange it. Until, Heeseung asked Mi-Sun to meet him tonight.
"What I did was fucked up, i'll hold my hands up and say it." Heeseung blurted out, nodding his head as he spoke. "I shouldn't have flipped out on you, I'm sorry."
"I appreciate that." She said. "Though, I'm still mad about what you did to Sunoo. You completely betrayed his trust." She continues.
Biting his tongue, Heeseung tucks his hands into his pockets. "It was bad, I know." He sighs.
"It was worse than bad." She imposes.
"I don't have any excuses, I won't ever do that to Sunoo again."
"Good." She mutters. "He really relies on you."
Heeseung lets out a small chuckle. "I'll always be there for him, there's no doubt about that."
"I'm sorry I said you weren't his friend. You actually look out for him better than I could." Mi-Sun grits her teeth, eyes glued to the floor.
"You can't be serious?" He laughs. "Everyone knows how you took down Si-Woo all by yourself, Sunoo's lucky to have you."
"Well I did do that, yeah." She smirks.
Slowly removing his hand from his pocket, Heeseung clasps it around Mi-Sun's, without saying a word.
"Don't be to chuffed with yourself that I'm letting you hold my hand, you've still got some groveling to do." She sniped, swinging their hands forward.
"Keep up that petty act, I know you'll be begging to kiss me soon."
"I will definitely not." Breaking their contact, Mi-Sun moves her hand to her side.
"Fine, you won't. But can I at least keep holding your hand." Heeseung pouts.
She winces a little at Heeseung's childish antics, reluctantly grabbing his hand again. Strolling peacefully down the empty streets of their town, the two felt at ease back together again. They didn't know where their relationship would go from here, though, they were excited to find out.

Lying on the cold, wet concrete of the pavement, Sunghoon wasn't sure of what just happened. The impact was painful, yet looking down at his body, there wasn't a drop of blood, only a few scrapes and grazes. Sitting up, he looks to his left, seeing another boy sprawled on the ground, breathing extremely heavily. The car now far into the distance, Sunghoon steadied himself on his feet.
Another figure loomed, this one staring Sunghoon down, with her jaw nearly on the floor. Sunghoon felt the rush of emotions looking at them, these two people weren't just anyone, they weren't strangers.
"What...the...hell...Sunghoon." Heeseung could barely get his words out, panting between each one.
Rushing over to Sunghoon, Mi-Sun grabs his face in her hand. Moving it around, checking for any injures. "Are you alright? That was really close." She said.
