Chapter 11

I know guys, it has seriously been forever!! But hooray for updating at all!! Only a few chapters left.... so enjoy this short chapter. I know it ain't long, but i have been super busy and have writers block.. so here we are.

I walked into my house and immediately went to the kitchen, as I was starving. Hospitals serve such gross food. I got out a bag of pizza rolls and threw them in the oven. I drummed my fingers while I waited for them to get done. Kayden sat on his phone across from me. The timer dinged and I pulled the pan out. I bite into one of them.

"Mmm" I moaned. "I love pizza rolls!" Kayden chuckled at me, putting his phone in his pocket. I rolled my eyes at him and continued eating. He tried to take one off my plate, I slapped his hand. "Hands off!" He raised his hands in the air in defeat. I chuckled at him.

"Want to see a movie with me on Saturday?" Kayden blurted out. "As a date.." I looked up in surprise.

"Sure." I smiled reassuringly. He grinned, obviously excited. I wondered what he was so excited about.

I glanced at myself in the mirror one last time before grabbing my clutch and heading out to Kayden's awaiting truck.

"Hey," Kayden smiled at me. "You look gorgeous."

I grinned, "Thank you." He grinned back the heartstopping grin and drove us to the theater. It was a drive in theater, and was truly gorgeous. I smiled at him as we got out and laid in the back on the mountain of blankets he brought with. He pulled out his small cooler, and some snacks. We settled back and watched the opening scene. He did the whole "movie move" by fake yawning and putting his arm around me. I grinned and leaned into him, enjoying his embrace. He turned his head to me and tilted my chin up and kissed me softly. His lips were warm and soft. I lost myself in his kiss and warm embrace. A wind send goosebumps up my arms. He rubbed my arms warming them up. I smiled against his lips.

I finally pulled away for breath, "Wow.." I breathed.

"Yeah, wow." We sat in silence for a moment before I decided screw it. I moved and straddled Kayden, kissing him fiercely. He put his hands on my hips and pulled me closer, if possible. I deeped the kiss until we heard a throat clearing at the truck next to us. I pulled myself off him and next to him, smirking. His cheeks turned a pinkish color in embarrassment. I pulled his arm back around me, still smiling.

We finished the movie only making out a few more times before he dropped me off back at my house, "I had fun." I said smiling.

"Me too." He grinned, "Hang on a second.." he pulled out a poster board and held it up while facing me.

It read:

Rhynna,
I may have only known you a pretty short time.. but I really like you and would love if you would consider being my girlfriend. So will you? Will you be my girlfriend, Rhynna?

I covered my mouth and ran to him, I nodded and grasped him in a hug. I grinned happily. I kissed him goodnight and went back into my house. I decided it was one of the best days of my life.
