What have you done this time?

Kaoru always had been a spoiled brat. Since Kojiro can remember, he always got what he wanted. And maybe, he was a little bit guilty of that. It wasn't his fault, okay? How can you look at those beautiful golden eyes and say no to him? It was impossible to deny anything to Kaoru.

People said that it was because he was in love with him. And you know what? They were right. He was totally and undeniably in love with Kaoru. So sue him for wanting his boyfriend to be as spoiled as he deserved.

The problem came when Kaoru hit his punk phase. Besides from being a brat, he always has been a troublemaker, too. You can't imagine how many times he's gotten away from trouble just because his angelic face made him look innocent in the past. But now with his piercings, the black eyeshadow and the punk clothes, Kaoru didn't look so innocent anymore.

Don't get him wrong, it had nothing to do with being a punk, having piercings or using clothes people won't categorize as 'normal', it was just how Kaoru was. And yeah, Kojiro thought his boyfriend was hot as hell and he loved how Kaoru was. But he swears he's said to him more times in the last months 'what have you done?' than he's told him he loves him.

Kaoru's had the tendency to head butt people when they pissed him out. And that usually and mostly happened in school. So, Kaoru's parents were as done as Kojiro with his bullshit. But, once again, they loved him the way he was. Anyway, Kaoru got grounded, like, a lot. And as you've been told before, Kaoru always gets what he wants.

That Friday night, they were supposed to meet up to go to Crazy Rock, when he got a text from his boyfriend.

Kaoru: Do you love me?

Kojiro sighed exasperated, pinching with his fingers the bridge of his nose. He knew what was coming.

Kojiro: What have you done this time?

Kaoru: Why do you assume I've done something???

Kojiro: ...

Kaoru: Okay, okay! The principal called today and mom found out I've fought with Souichi. I'm grounded until Monday.

Kojiro: That's what happens when you're a troublemaker.

Kaoru: Kojiroooooo

Kojiro: Kaoruuuuuu

Kaoru: You've still didn't said if you love me.

Kojiro could sense Kaoru's pout from his house.

Kojiro: Of course I love you, you brat.

Kaoru: Then save me, my knight in shining armor :(((((

Kojiro: You're being dramatic, you only are grounded for the weekend.

Kaoru: But babe, I can't wait two and a half days to see you.

Kojiro sighed again. Kaoru only used pet names when he was all clingy. And Kojiro was smitten with him all the time, but especially when he was clingy.

Kojiro: I'll be there in 10 minutes.

Yeah, it was entirely his fault that Kaoru was a spoiled brat.

Kaoru: I LOVE YOUUUUU

Kojiro: Yeah yeah, love u too.

Kojiro took his skateboard and sneaked out from his window, leaving it half open for when they head back in. He hopped out the skateboard when he got close to Kaoru's neighborhood, not wanting to make any suspicious sound near his house.

Kaoru was already waiting for him perched in his window, like he was a fairy tale princess waiting for his prince to come to the rescue. Kaoru's window wasn't super high, but it was easier to sneak out with a little bit of help.

His face broke into a bright grin as soon as he saw Kojiro. Like always, he first passed his skateboard to him, and then, he jumped out. Kojiro caught him, embracing him like he weighed nothing, and Kaoru loved that, he loved being in Kojiro's arms.

When Kaoru finally hit the ground with his feet, he planted a kiss on Kojiro's lips, smiling smugly, knowing he had gotten what he wanted once again.

"I'm spoiling you too much." Kojiro said with a sigh.

"Nah, you love spoiling me." he said with a sly smile.

Yeah, it was true, to Kojiro's dismay.

They headed back to Kojiro's home, not wanting to tempt their luck by going to Crazy Rock that night. It was trouble enough for the both of them having helped Kaoru to sneak out when he was grounded.

As soon as they were safe in Kojiro's room, he sighed for the hundredth time that night, looking at the victorious and smug smile on Kaoru's lips.

"Your mom is gonna be pissed at me." he said, crossing his arms across his chest, trying to look mad at Kaoru.

It wasn't working at all.

"She loves you too much to be pissed at you. Besides, it was my idea. She knows you can't say no to me." he answered, shrugging his shoulders.

That was true, but he felt worried anyway.

"I'm starving, feed me." Kaoru demanded, resting his chin in Kojiro's folded arms, looking at him with his big pleading golden eyes.

"Yes, Pinky." he said, pinching Kaoru's cheek.

Kojiro went to the kitchen, and returned with leftover pizza and carbonara from his dinner.

"Did I say how much I love you?" Kaoru said as soon as he grabbed the plate of carbonara.

It was his favourite, and Kojiro had cooked it on purpose, knowing that if they had gone to Crazy Rock, Kaoru would have stayed the night anyway. Yep, it was his completely and entirely fault that Kaoru was a spoiled brat.

"You should remind me more often." he finally said, sitting by his boyfriend's side on the floor.

After having eaten, Kaoru borrowed Kojiro's clothes, they headed to bed. They snuggled together, interwinding their legs. Kojiro tugged Kaoru's closer, making him rest half atop of him. Kaoru planted a kiss on his chest, just right above his heart.

"Thank you for always coming to my rescue, my knight in shining armor." Kaoru joked, hugging Kojiro's waist tightly.

Kojiro snorted.

"Anytime... you spoiled brat." he answered with a lopsided smile, making Kaoru huff in annoyance. Kaoru hit him lightly in the chest.

"Idiot." Kaoru said, trying to sound mad.

They both ended up laughing, hugging each other tightly until they fell asleep.
