Jaden and I had been dating for a little while now and it was finally time to go on tour. I was so excited to get going and it felt like Jaden was getting annoyed by all of my excitement.

"Evie! Are you ready to go?!" Jaden yelled from downstairs.

"Yeah, I'll be down in a second!" I yelled back as I grabbed my suitcase and dragged it down the stairs. I got to the bottom of the steps and handed my suitcase to Jaden. We started heading out to the tour bus and it was a lot more dull on the outside than I would've expected.

The bus was just solid black and really wasn't as exciting as any other tour bus I had seen before. I guess that this was sort of a good thing since we didn't want fans following our bus everywhere.

"Is it okay if we stop at Sway first?" I asked the driver. Jaden said he was cool with it since he wanted to say goodbye to all the boys, well all of them except Josh.

The driver nodded in agreement and Jaden and I both walked back into the bus. There was a nice little table in the corner of the bus that I decided to sit at. I knew that it was around a ten minute drive to Sway and that I was going to want to get comfortable.

"Did you tell Josh that you're coming with me on tour?" Jaden asked as he sat down next to me.

I hesitated for a second. "I'm just going to tell him today."

"You haven't told him yet?" Jaden seemed surprised, but I don't see why. He knows that I like to put things off until the last minute. "He's going to freak out!"

"I know, that's why I haven't told him yet," I said as I sunk into my seat. Josh was one of my best friends and I knew that he wouldn't want me going on tour with his least favorite person on Earth.

"Did you at least tell Mads?"

"Yeah, she's actually fine with it. She's going to come to the show when we're in Los Angeles. I had already bought the tickets for us, so I just gave them both to her," I stated.

"Are you-" Jaden was interrupted when the bus came to a stop. We had made it to Sway and I was starting to freak out about telling Josh. "Don't freak out."

"Is it that obvious?" I laughed as I stepped off the bus. Josh didn't live at Sway, but he already told me he was going to be here.

I walked inside and Josh was sitting on the couch next to Noah. "What's goin' on?" Josh said as he gave me a hug from the side.

"I have something to tell you, but you can't get mad at me," I said hesitantly.

"I can't promise that," He laughed.

"Promise me you won't get mad," I was taking this lots more seriously than he was.

"I can't promise you anything," Josh started. "For all I know you could've killed someone."

"Just don't hate me, okay?"

"What did you do this time?" He asked with a slight chuckle.

"I'm going on tour with Jaden," I blurted out.

"When?" Josh's face went completely blank.

"As soon as I leave here," I started. "Are you mad?"

"Why didn't you tell me earlier?"

"I was scared that you would be mad at me."

"Well putting it off isn't going to make me any less mad," He definitely was mad.

"I know, but-"

"You know what Evie?" Josh started in a tone that worried me. "It bugs me one hell of a lot that you are dating him."

"Why does it bug you?!" I could feel myself getting mad at him, but I tried to stay calm.

"You saw what he did to Nessa! He is only using you for clout, Evie. Open your eyes!"

Jaden was extremely pissed off. He walked over to Josh and slapped him across the face, "Shut the fuck up."

"Jaden!" I said pulling him back. I was actually surprised that Josh wasn't retaliating at all.

"What? You heard what he said!"

"Why do you care what he says?" I asked as I looked up into his eyes.

"I'm not wrong, Evie! You need to wake up!" Josh said to me.

"Evie," Jaden said as he grabbed my hands. "I swear on everything that I would never do that to you."

"I know," I started. "Whatever Josh says about you means nothing to me."

"So I don't get to have an opinion?" Josh said.

"Not when your opinion is a lie."

"Fine, since you hate my opinions about him so much then maybe we shouldn't be friends anymore."

"Josh, don't be-" I was interrupted immediately.

"As long as you are dating Jaden, I'm not going to be friends with you."

"Why are you being so petty?!"

"I'm not being petty, I just don't want to be around him every time I was to hang out with you."

"Can we talk about this when I get back from tour, please?"

"There's no reason to talk about it," Josh said as he started walking back upstairs. "I guess I'll talk to you when you realize that he is just using you for clout."

"I guess this is goodbye then," I said as I started walking back towards the door.

"Bye!" Josh said as stomped the rest of the way up the stairs.

I could not even believe what had just happened. Josh just threw me away because of some thought he had about Jaden. Did he really hate Jaden that badly?
