"Oh my God, Jemma! Give him some personal space!" I shouted at her.

"What a hypocrite! You tell me to give him personal space, but you don't do that! You're covered in hickeys!" Why did everyone have to bring up the hickeys?

"He's my fucking boyfriend!" I yelled at her and I immediately regretted it.

"Evelyn Brooke Pierce!" My mom shouted at me. I always knew she hated any type of profanity and I had definitely crossed the line. "Watch your language!"

"Mom, don't you see what Jemma is doing?! We're just having a repeat of what happened before!" I said to my mom and she definitely didn't look too happy with me.

"Maybe Jaden is a bad influence! I don't want you becoming some punk kid like he is, that's probably why you started swearing so much," I was fine with her being mad at me, but bringing Jaden into this was crossing the line.

"Leave Jaden out of this! He has never done anything to you, Mom!" I yelled at her and I could tell my dad and Jaden both wanted nothing to do with this argument.

"You never had this attitude before! Jaden has turned you into some rebellious punk kid and I don't like it. So you better snap out of it Evelyn or I will make you break up with him!"

"You can't make me do anything! It doesn't matter what you say!"

"Why would you want to stay with him anyways?! He is a terrible influence with all the hair dye and the tattoos! There is no reason to be with him, Evelyn."

"I don't care what you say, Mom! I'm in love with him and you can't do anything to change that," I could tell that my dad was looking at me weird as soon as I said I was in love with Jaden.

"You're too young to be in love," My mom said as she stared straight into my eyes. As a child I would always get scared when she looked at me like that, but now it didn't affect me one bit.

"I guess that also means I'm too young to be pregnant, but here we are," I sighed and my mom just gasped. Everyone in the room's jaw dropped.

"Evelyn, you're pregnant?" My dad said from behind me.

"I'm going to assume that you are putting it up for adoption," My mom said, causing the room to go quiet. "You are putting it up for adoption, right?"

"I'm not putting it up for adoption. I'm keeping the baby," I said as confidently as possible.

"You're too young to raise a child on your own. You have to give it up," My mom demanded.

"I'm not going to be raising it on my own. Either be supportive or don't be, but I love Jaden more than anything and I'm going to spend the rest of my life with him and this baby. I don't care what you say," I responded.

"Evelyn, you are foolish," My mom said as she marched up the stairs to her bedroom. It was taking all that I had not to burst out into tears.

Before I could shed a single tear, my dad wrapped me into a hug and kissed my forehead. "I support you no matter what. I think that you are making the right decision this time."

"Thanks dad," I said with a smile.

"I think Jaden is a good kid, I don't know what your mom is thinking. She'll come around, don't worry."

"Yeah, I'm-" Then I noticed Jemma staring at Jaden. "Jemma!"

"What?" Jemma said defensively. "I'm five feet away from your baby daddy."

"I can feel you staring holes through my skin," Jaden said as he looked over at her.

"Good," Jemma said, biting her lip. "As long as you feel it."

"Jemma," My dad said in the calmest way possible. "I'm pretty sure that Evelyn is getting close to a restraining order. Stop."

"Fine," Jemma huffed. "But Evelyn, just so you know, he's in love with me. Can't you tell?! It's really obvious if you weren't so blind then maybe you would notice it."

"Nobody believes you," Jaden said, trying not to laugh.

"Jemma, can you please just leave Jaden alone? I'm sure that Evelyn is having a hard enough time with all the other people hating on her," My dad said with a sigh.

"We all know that she is just-" Jemma started.

"Jemma! I said leave them alone," My dad ordered and this time she finally shut up.

My mom basically ignored me for the rest of the trip because of the decisions that I made, but it truly didn't bother me too much. I was just glad that Jaden had become such good friends with my dad.

I was a little nervous that my dad was going to hate him, but they actually were getting pretty close. I was so happy that my dad liked him. I can live with my mom hating him, but it would kill me if I knew my dad was disappointed.

"Jaden!" I called up the stairs. We were already running late and we only had an hour to get to the airport. "Are you ready?"

"Yeah," He said as he dragged his suitcase down the stairs. "Is your dad giving us a ride?"

"Yeah, he's waiting for us in the car," I said as I started walking out the front door. I decided that I didn't really want to say goodbye to my mom and Jemma. Jemma obviously was only going to miss Jaden and my mom sort of hated me.

I hopped into the front seat and was so grateful that my dad didn't yell at me for making Jaden sit in the back. "Are you excited to get back on tour?" My dad asked, trying to make conversation.

"Definitely," I muttered. "You have no idea how insane it is! Having that many people staring up at you is the best feeling in the world."

"The best feeling in the world, huh?" My dad smiled. "Is it better than-"

"Yeah, it is," I smiled. I didn't even have to hear what he was going to say. Nothing could beat the adrenaline of performing in front of that many people.

We finally got to the airport and I went to the trunk and grabbed our suitcases. I wrapped my dad into a hug as we said our goodbyes. It was taking all that I had not to cry. "Don't party too hard, okay?" My dad said as he broke the hug.

"No promises," I smiled. I always hated having to say goodbyes.

"Thanks for letting us stay with you, it's been fun," Jaden said as he high-fived my dad.

"You guys can come back anytime you want," My dad smiled. "And I want to see my grandchild as soon as they are born, so it won't be too long until we see each other again."

"You're coming to California for that one," I laughed. "I am not going to be the person with the crying baby on the plane."

"Well then I guess I'll see you then," My dad was obviously trying his hardest not to cry, but so was I. He's definitely doing better than when I first moved to California. "Tell Josh that I said hi."

My dad has met Josh multiple times since he always came to Michigan with me since it isn't too far from his family in Toronto. "I will," I was probably lying. Josh still hates me and I don't really want to talk about it with my dad.

"Love you, princess," He said as he hugged me from the side.

"I love you too," I smiled as I grabbed Jaden's hand and pulled him into the airport. I looked back one last time and watched my dad drive away. It made me sad to know that I wasn't coming home again for a long time.
