The door to the dropship creaked open, and I had a firm grip on Jasper who was still tied up. I heard the sound of guns being loaded, and once the door opened fully Murphy yelled, “Just you Bellamy, unarmed! Ten seconds or I’ll put on in Jasper’s leg. One, two, three, four, five—”
“I’m here!” Bellamy announced, and he walked into the dropship. Then, I walked out with my tight grip on Jasper released, and I shoved him onto the ground.
“Hands in the air!” Miller shouted at me with his gun pointed at my stomach.
I raised my hands to the level of my head, and the guards surrounded me. Then, somebody tied my hands behind my back tightly, and I was escorted over to a tree. Miller pressed me against the tree as Dylan tied the ropes around my chest and thighs, thus tying me to the tree.
“I thought you were my friend Nathan,” I smirked.
Miller spat, “I’m not friends with murdering psychopaths.”
I cackled, “I’d say I’m more of a sociopath.”
“Gag her,” Miller commanded with no remorse.
Murphy fired his gun, and stated, “That’s good. Then do what I said.”
Bellamy stood in front of the closed door, but before he could speak Octavia came over the radio saying nervously, “Bellamy? Bellamy are you ok?”
Murphy pulled the radio from out of his pocket, and commanded Bellamy, “You want her to know you’re alive? Start tying.” He gestured to the rope with his gun.
“Bellamy do you copy?” Octavia franticly asked.
Bellamy knelt down, and began to tie a noose. Murphy pressed the button on the radio, and Bellamy responded, “I’m fine. Just a misfire. Now stop worrying about me and get back to work, all of you . . . And tell Raven to hurry her ass up.”
Murphy stated, “Alright, that’s long enough. Tie those two ends together,” Once Bellamy had finished the noose, Murphy commanded with his gun still pointing at Bellamy, “Alright. Now get up and toss it over.”
Bellamy looked up at the metal beam above his head, and he chucked the rope over it. Murphy smiled sadistically, because Bellamy was finally going to pay for what he did. “What do you want me to say?” Bellamy asked, “You want me to apologize? I’m . . . I’m sorry.”
Murphy chuckled, “You’ve got it all wrong, Bellamy. I don’t want you to say anything. I want you to feel what I felt, and then I want you to die.”
On the Ark
Thelonious sat in his cabin watching the home movies of the kids. Eve, Wells, and Clarke were all in a corner whispering to each other, and Jaha asked, “What are you guys doing over there?” and he laughed, “Come on, let’s rehearse for the Unity Day Pageant.”
They all linked their arms together, and Wells said, “The stations—”
Jaha corrected from behind the camera, “The other stations.”
“The other stations saw this and wanted to be together, too,” Wells recited.
Jaha said, “That’s very good.”
Wells recited, “When all the stations were joined, they called themselves the Ark.”
“Good job, Wells,” Thelonious complemented his son, and Clarke began clapping.
