Cat might have Ash's head if he missed another appointment, and he honestly had a lot he'd like to talk to her about today anyway. So as soon as he had rinsed off and patted himself dry, he dove into the first clean clothes he managed to find in his closet. The resulting outfit was a bit eclectic, but not completely in the realm of Elton John on tour.

Still pulling up his skinny goth-like pants and fastening them as he headed towards the door, he only paused as he opened it to toss a reminder over his shoulder at Loki as he left, "Don't forget your own appointment with Catherine is right after mine, Luv!" That pause gave Poe enough time to grab Ash's watch and bring it to him before he left. Landing on Ash's shoulder right before the apartment door closed, it dropped the device into his hand once Ash offered it, and he thanked the bird for remembering to grab it for him. Sliding it on, it auto adjusted back to his wrist, and Ash began scrolling thru songs as he hurried down the hall. Tapping on Popular Monster, he began jamming to the tune as the elevator doors dinged and slid open. A couple of people already stood inside and gave him an odd look as he nodded along to the song. He didn't really pay any attention to them at all as he climbed aboard, since they just looked like typical office workers.

Settling in, he pressed the button for the floor of main compound, where Catherine's office was located. Leaning back against the back wall, he adjusted the neon yellow, loose-fit, flowy shirt he had thrown haphazardly over his old army green band tank, and tapped one of his clawed paw feet as the beat of the music picked up. That's when he realized that he had forgotten his shoes again. Not that he really needed them, since they had thick, tough paw pads like a dog's paw, but people tended to freak out when he didn't wear them. "Shit!" He spit out, his tail swishing sharply with agitation, banging against the brushed-metal wall of the elevator. But he instantly felt bad when the other two passengers jerked away, and he thought he may have had too much venom in his tone. "Sorry..." He apologized quickly to them before continuing, "Hey, Poe, send a text to Loki asking him to bring me my shoes when he shows up for his appointment, please?"

Poe chirruped a confirmation, drawing his own odd gazes from the pair, and Ash heard a message notification noise cut into his music for a second right before the elevator doors opened onto his chosen floor. As he stepped off, one of the other passengers followed close behind him. It was a young-looking woman wearing a professional-style business suit. Her long red hair had been pulled up into a conservative bun.

Padding forward, his footsteps were silent save for the click of his sharp claws on the tiled floor. A second later Ash heard a 'harumph' sound out from right behind him. Ash ignored it, not having any reason to think that it had been aimed at him. But he heard it again before he had taken even two more steps away from her, only louder than before. Turning back to the woman he lifted one pale eyebrow at her and tilted his head in question.

"You are so rude! You shout profanity in the elevator, then you never even bothered to great me, and now you start walking away when you are supposed to be leading me to my appointment!" She said, already irritated, her voice slightly raised.

"What the hell, lady! Why would I be doing that?" Ash asked, irritated at this interruption by a seeming moron.

"They said they would be sending someone to guide me, and then you hopped on. Clearly you must be my guide!" She said angrily, clarifying her ignorant assumptions as her voice grew louder.

"Lady, do I look like a guide to you!? I'm not even wearing shoes let alone an employee badge! Now, wait here! I'm sure your fucking guide will be here soon. I, however, am running late for my appointment!" Ash spouted back, already done with this woman's nonsense. Turning his back to her, he had started to walk away when he heard a growl of anger followed by the rush of high-heeled footsteps as she ran at him. Sensing she was about to grab him, he automatically dodged to the side as his tail whipped around, wrapped around her waist, and flipped her over his head.
