2016, the present. Hyperion. Right after Kiana became the Herrscher of Flamscion, Kiana is now 16, and Karina is now 13.
Salt Lake Base, 2:30 P.M.:
It was a bright and sunny day at the base, no calamities have occurred in the fine afternoon, but people were still diligent if anything were about to happen. Kiana sat alone in the cafeteria, her head spinning as she took a bite of her sandwich.
"Kiana?" A monotone voice spoke from behind, Kiana's head averted up, her eyes looking behind her, waving a hand as she smiled gently, "Oh, hi, Bronya."
The Silver Wolf sat beside her, "I saw Karina and the new Valkyrie sparring together. She's actually a good mentor despite her age. And Karina's seeming to understand her just fine." Kiana gave a proud chuckle, reminiscing that Karina has always been a good student, and has always understood what a teacher was teaching her, just like...well..never mind.
"I actually passed by her in the hallway on my way here," Kiana added, then looked to Bronya, "What was her name again? I know it started with an E..."
"Eleanor," Bronya said as she took out her lunch, "Eleanor Doyle. 24, and studied at St. Freya Academy," she smiled lightly, then looked to Kiana, "just like us." Kiana nodded, not even surprised anymore on how she even got ahold of that information.
"She seems nice," Kiana speculated, Bronya agreed with that statement as she's seen the way Eleanor treated Karina.
Eleanor came from an easy family, a kind mother, a caring father, and a wonderful sister. By the age of 13, Eleanor made the decision to enroll herself at St. Freya Academy to study on how to become a Valkryie. She studied hard and well, staying up countless nights studying for exams, and acing them once it was time to.
Even though she was a fairly independent girl growing up, she did make a few mistakes and get bad marks at times, but that was alright, because those mistakes have helped her grow and shaped her into the person she was today.
She wasn't alone though. Despite her uptight and strict demeanor on the school campus, she was a kind and caring girl, even now. She had many friends and was even president of the Student Council.
