Act 8, part one: departure

A pale light showed down on the checkered floor, the air slightly cold, yet warm to the body. Only two chairs--one red and one blue--were present in the room. There Veliona, the Herrscher of Death sat alone in her own thoughts. One arm her head rested on, and the other tapping impatiently on the other armrest.
A sigh left her lips, "Damn," She chuckled, scoffing at the idea that Seele, her own host, has not even bothered to talk to her. After all, she's way too busy with her new friends, especially since she was in Kolosten.
...No, that wasn't it.
And Veliona knew that.
She stood, ready to not stay silent anymore until somebody broke the ice for her.
Blue butterflies came and went as Seele appeared in front of Veliona--no, The Other Seele.
Veliona was taken aback, her mouth closing as she restrained herself from saying something harsh like she always does.
Oh no, it's coming back to me, those words...
"I'll be here until you don't need me anymore."
Ah, I hate this! Why, why must I have said those useless things--
"Um, the other me?" Seele's sweet and gentle voice spoke, catching Veliona as she was pulled out of her own thoughts. What was wrong with her? Surely, she was good at hiding her emotions well, but, why is she letting it lose this time? Has she gone soft? Was she slowly turning into a coward disguised as a hero?
Yes, that may have been it, but Veliona, at this point, was visibly uncomfortable.
"Uh--yes, Seele?" Veliona asked awkwardly, Seele furrowed her eyebrows, examining the other her closely, "You don't look well, are you okay?"
