“Zuku!!” Toga squealed in delight as Izuku tumbled to the floor in an ungraceful heap.

Shigaraki's heart fluttered at the sight of Izuku's wounds and he fought the urge to go to him.

Katsuki looked between the two of them in confusion.

“WHAT YOU KNOW THIS BITCH?!” Katsuki yelled at Izuku.

Shigaraki wanted to strike the blonde for yelling at his Izuku. He busied himself with something else to avoid it. He would need to be patient.

Dabi snarled in warning, tightening his grip on Katsuki’s neck.

“Yes Kacchan.” Izuku said, making no move to even look at him. He felt so tired, and he couldn't care what came out of his mouth. Shigaraki glanced at him, afraid he might fall over.

“Omigosh Zuku you’re hurt,” Toga rushed over to Izuku propping him upwards and examining his arms. “Actually, can I have a little bit of your blood?” Toga asked sweetly, her cheeks flushed with excitement as she was transfixed by the blood flowing from Izuku’s open wound on his forehead.

“NO WHAT THE FUCK NO!” Katsuki strained against Dabi’s hold, growling ferociously.

Izuku nodded and winced a bit as Toga brushed her thumb over the wound and brought it to her mouth. Her tongue swiped out quickly, tasting a bit of it.

“Hmm, you need some suppressants again, don’t you,” Toga noted, her eyes changing from green then back to yellow.

“What do you mean again?” Katsuki demanded Toga. “You… you’ve been working with them Deku? They know that you’re an omega?” Katsuki widened his eyes in disbelief.

Izuku just tiredly closed his eyes and didn’t answer as Toga got a roll of bandages out from underneath the bar counter.

Dabi roughly restrained Katsuki into quirk canceling bracelets and bound him to a chair. “Shut the fuck up unless you want a gag too,” Dabi warned, shoving his face close to Katsuki’s. “I didn’t appreciate you calling my mate a bitch.”

“Dabi, it’s fine,” Toga briefly made contact with him as she brushed past with antibiotics, syringes, and bandages.

Dabi backed down, still shooting Katsuki and death glare.

Shigaraki looked over the situation with amusement, but his attention was wholly focused on Izuku. He couldn’t believe his plan had worked. It was so satisfying to watch someone fall right into his grasp, in his control. The greenette was his.

Toga cheerfully injected a serum into Izuku’s right shoulder and applied a sort of antibiotic cream over Izuku’s shattered arms then wrapped the bandages snugly. She tended to Izuku’s head wound as well, stealing a little bit of blood in the process.

“Both your arms are going to heal fully in 10-12 hours. The bones are being knitted together right now, since the serum focuses on repairing bones first. But your muscles are pretty damaged so you’ll probably end up having scars.” Toga informed, cleaning up the leftover bandages.

“Thanks,” Izuku said gratefully, already seeing his arm reconstruct into more like an arm, not a demented noodle like earlier.

“No problem!” Toga already moved on, shaking the vial of Izuku’s blood gleefully.

Izuku stood up unsteadily, moving his arms again little by little and remembered that he didn’t have a shirt on. Fuck.

Shigaraki stood up, putting his deck of cards aside. As soon as he stood up, all attention was focused on him. He ignored the gasp of recognition from Katsuki.
