Izuku carefully treaded into the room where Katsuki was held captive, pinching himself to make fakes tears come to his eyes.
"Kachan?" Izuku asked worried and emotional, putting on the best show of being the timid crybaby everyone thought he was.
Katsuki shifted his head wearily to look at Izuku.
"Oh Kachan!" Izuku cried out, throwing his arms around Katsuki who was imprisoned in his chair and still had the muzzle on. Izuku unclasped the muzzle and pressed his forehead against Katsuki's crocodile tears falling from his eyes.
"I ran into them before at the mall when I was starting my heat and they were so kind to me. I didn't know they were villains but after my arm healed and the drugs wore off they wanted to recruit me as a villain and they-" Izuku broke off with a sob.
"Deku, did they hurt you?" Katsuki asked, his breath gruff with so many days of unuse.
"I... not much." Izuku started untying the bonds, freeing Katsuki from the chair. Any second now. "Don't stand up yet. I need to see if you have any critical injuries."
"No. I'm going to get those bastards." Katsuki abruptly got up, hiding the grimace as his shin that Dabi had fractured groaned in pain. "Stay here, shitty nerd."
Izuku had to stall. It still wasn't time yet. Fine, he would go to plan B.
"Kachan, stop." Izuku gently pushed Katsuki back into the chair, taking note of the fractured shin. It was easy to tip the blonde off balance and Izuku used that advantage to climb on top of Katsuki and sit in his lap, facing his childhood friend.
"I need to show you something." Izuku pulled the collar of his shirt down, exposing the alpha mark on his scent gland.
Katsuki instinctively growled, the alpha in him becoming enraged at somebody else marking the omega meant for him.
"I found a phone and called the police to alert UA and the hero force. But before they show up, they can't know I'm a marked omega. Marked by a villain nonetheless. So will you...?" Izuku looked away, hoping for Katsuki to get the hint.
Katsuki leaned over, his fangs already grazing the mark. "But they're going to know that you're a fucking omega." Katsuki paused.
"I'd rather be found as an omega marked by you than found marked by a villain." Izuku declared. "So please, just mark me." Izuku sent a silent goodbye down his bond with Shigaraki as Katsuki bit down, sealing the new mark.
The wall down the hallway crumbled down as All Might smashed through it the same time Izuku was marked. The pro heroes were here, ready to save the two UA students.

The biggest shock was Izuku Midoriya being marked by another UA student Katsuki Bakugo, also held captive by the League of Villains. Has UA changed its policies of accepting omega enroll-"
Principal Nezu turned off the TV, turning in his chair to face Izuku Midoriya.
"So. Not only have you gotten yourself captured as well, but also lied about your secondary gender? I admire you for keeping up the lie this far." Nezu sipped his tea.
