The pee comes out of the urethra, the organ that sits anatomically in front of the uterus (where the baby resides and steals your nutrients like a parasite). Now if we apply this logic to the male body, the uterus comes right after the urethra. However, there's the issue of ✨le testicles✨. Therefore, after reading some other omegaverse books it looks like the uterus is a small opening nestled between the anus and the testes. 

So in short, from front to back: testes, urethra, anus.

And also those BTS omegaverse fanfics really scarred me for life.

A knock came at the door. It was soft, but still spooked the pair. Without waiting for a reply, the door slowly creaked open.

A blonde head poked through the gap. Shigaraki released a sigh of annoyance, irritated that his cuddle time with his new mate was being interrupted. "What do you want, Toga?"

The light coming from the hall behind her shaded Toga's face enough that Shigaraki couldn't make out her expression. "As adorable as this is, and I hate to interfere with your alone time, but the rest of the League and the new recruits have been waiting at the bar for the past like, 15 minutes, and they're starting to get irritated," she says.

"Well, do something about it," Shigaraki grumbled. Izuku stirred at his side, drawing a little closer, sensing his emotions. Shigaraki glared at the girl still standing at his door.

"Not my circus, not my monkeys." She walked back out and closed the door. #girlboss

Shigaraki flung the sheets off of his upper body, careful to avoid hitting Izuku, and sat on the edge fuming. Izuku wrapped his arms around Shigaraki's waist. "Damn them," he said, leaning into Izuku's arms.

"It's okay, go on down there," Izuku whispered. "I'll be here when you get back."

Shigaraki turned to look at Izuku. "You better be," he said with a joking tone. Then his face turned serious. "I don't want you to leave this room. Most of the people down there know about us, but the others don't. And heroes could break in here any second." He put his hand on Izuku's cheek. "I can't lose you to them."

Izuku was taken aback by the sudden vulnerability Shigaraki was showing him. There were moments like this before– last night for example– but to Izuku, it was like his feelings were truly there, laid out before him. He wondered if it was because of the new bond or if he wasn't holding back anymore.

Either way, Izuku laid his own hand on top of Shigaraki's. "I won't leave, Tomura," he promised.

A bright flash broke through the dark room. A panicked voice behind the door said, "Oh SHIT, I forgot I had the flash turned on!"

Shigaraki shot up from his place to chase after Toga.

Izuku saw his bare back, fresh scratches ran down the length of it. Izuku's face immediately turned crimson. "CLOTHES!" He yelled as he threw a shirt at Shigaraki.
