Chapter one

Ashley's POV:

I haven't talked to sam after what happened 2 years ago.

I have moved out of the house I used to live in with the boys and live with Heidi in an apartment of our own. We have a perfect view of LA and I'm so in love. I heard Sam moved on, and I'm happy for him.

Jack, Gilinsky and I have all kept in contact. In fact they came over yesterday and had dinner with me and Heidi.

Oh and also Heidi and Jack are dating! They're seriously the cutest. I'm also very happy for them.

Jack hasn't mentioned Sam to me over the past 2 years. Even though they don't live far away from us seriously. They live like 20 minutes away from where Heidi and I live.

We should all be nice to each other, because before you know it they're gone. I have learned that over the past 2 years because Jack and I lost our parents. To the same stupid thing. Cancer. I wish they were still here in my arms. I still remember the day the doctors told me my mother was gone. It was the worst year of my life.

I just want to be a normal person, but apparently there's no such thing.

People tell me Sam has been going around saying that he misses me but honestly I'm pretty sure he doesn't.

The fact that we haven't talked in 2 years is really fucking sad. We used to be bestfriends we used to be like peanut butter and jelly. We were so close, to being strangers.

Now we can only hope the future is better.
