3 // meeting the group, lunch fanatics

*Nialls POV*

The first day of school could not be going by any slower. Ugh. At least I have lunch break with my best mates Harry, Zayn, Liam, and Louis. 

“Did you guys see how many new kids we have this year?!” I asked trying to start a conversation with the group. 

“Yeah there’s this girl who sat behind me in history. She seemed pretty fit but i didn't get a chance to talk to her.” Harry replied. 

“I met a new girl in the main office this morning. I showed her around a little but left when i got the call from Lou about the principles office.” I laughed.

“Yeah did they ever catch who did that?” Liam asked curiously.

“Who cares? I also met a girl. But i guarantee that she beats yours. She was so fit, i sat next to her in science. I also walked her to her next class, she’s american but she doesn't have one of those annoying accents ya know?” Zayn added

“Look at that everyones got a new girl besides you Lou, sorry.” I jokingly said.

“Guys, i don't need a new girl i have Eleanor.” Lou replied with a smirk on his face.

“Yeah Lou you can keep saying that but whens the last time you actually made a move on this girl who by the way isn’t even your girlfriend yet.” Liam asked with a even bigger smirk on his face.

While they’re fighting about Lou's manliness i look over to the doors of the cafe and see Emma looking around like a lost puppy. 

“Be prepared to have your socks knocked off lads, my new girl just walked in.” I showed off to them. 

They all looked over to the entrance.

“Me too?” Zayn and Harry say in unison.

I looked over to the entrance but only saw Emma. 

“Guys, I don’t see yours. Where is she?” I asked, feeling a bit nervous. 

“Wait…what’s her name?” Zayn slowly asked.

“Emma”

“Shit man we’ve got the same fucking new girl.” Harry whined. 

“Hahaha, this is why you guys don’t have a girlfriend.” Liam laughed.

I look back over at Emma who is wandering around aimlessly. 

“Guys i know she’s the same girl but we should still be friends with her and invite her to sit with us. I mean look at how lonely she is.” I told them.

“Yeah i’ll call her over.” Zayn replied. 

He was about to yell across the cafe until she suddenly smiled and waved to someone while walking across the cafe. We all looked at each other, clearly confused at who she’s waving to, I mean this girls only gone to this school for like 3 hours and she already has as many friends as I do. 

All of our eyes were watching her as she walked across the cafe and sat down at a table with Marcel. I heard Zayn gasp a little and Louis let out a little giggle. We all looked over at Harry whose knuckles were turning white he was fisting his hands so hard. 

*Emmas POV*

i’m so glad that history is finally over. It wasn’t too hard to find the cafe i mean it’s the only direction that the students were walking in. I quickly joined in the lunch line which was growing rapidly by the second. I’m not too hungry so i’m just gonna grab an apple and a granola bar. 

After i pay i walk in with my food. This cafeteria is seriously huge! The first person i see is my brother and his new friends, we exchange quick waves. I scan the room but only see unfamiliar faces. I started walking around when i see Niall, Zayn, and some other boys. Those must be the boys from his band. I don’t want to interrupt them they seem to be in a very deep conversation. I finally see Marcel and smile and wave.
