Lucy's pov

I woke up with Olivia sleeping right next to me. She could've returned to her hotel if I didn't beg her to stay yesterday. I wanted to spend as much time as possible with her even if she was just sleeping. But, that wouldn't be the reason why I didn't feel like going to school.

It was too early now and she looked exhausted so I didn't wake her up. Instead, I wore my leather bolero over my tank stripped shirt and skinny jeans. My black converse with short socks.

I grabed my small backpack and walked my way outside the house.

**********

School was just the same since years ago. The same boring playground. Same dull wall paintings. Same stupid charts. It all reminded me of how sick I felt whenever I'm at school.

I was walking to my locker when I noticed that there's a paper glued on it.

Again...

"Take care of your phone I heard they're trying to reach for it.
Your faithful servant.
XoXo".

The phone guy is warning me? And he referred to himself as 'my faithful servant' . What the hell??

I struggled to take the paper out of the locker which still left traces. I opened it and got the stuff that I needed.

School was so empty. It was very early in the morning and people were still waking up.

How is the phone guy so early?

I quickly realized that I can easily look for him now, unless he pasted it last night.

I quickly took my phone out to see what time was it. It was not so early as the school looked so empty.

Damn!!! It's Friday!

I felt like wanting to slap myself so hard for waking up so early on Friday instead of resting for the weekend. But, coming to school on my favourite day of the week!!

I punched the locker hard enough that it sounded like the only sound in the universe now.

I took another paper angrily and glued it.

"I need to know who's the enemey we're hating on.
Your evil master...
XoXo"

As much anger I felt as much happiness I conquered. Getting to know that I still have more hours to sleep was the real meaning of happiness.

It's good to know that the phone guy works in weekends too.

I returned back home praying that no one would find me and laugh at me.

I quikly changed my clothes and snuck up to my bed.

Thank god no one saw me.

*********************

"Wake up Lucy!" I heard Olivia yelling.

"What?!"

"Your parents are getting ready to leave."

"Leave for what?" Olivia looked like she took a shower and applied her natural make up and fixed her hair which meant that I slept for too long.

"They are travelling, you idiot!"

"O my God! Today??"

"I thought you knew."

I surely wouldn't blame them for not telling me. Because there's a 55% chance they had but I forgot as usual. Just like the shamful secret of going to school on a friday! :'(
