Justin and I made sure we packed our bags. When I told mom about the trip, at first she hesitated, but then she knew that it's Justin we're talking about. However, she m0

ade me promise I'll call her all the time to make sure I was ok.

I sat at the stairs wearing a thick jacket and having a back pack with all the things I needed. Mostly food and chips, I'll also have to mention the marmallows.

My hair was laying on my shoulders and I sat waiting for Justin's car to arrive.

It was early and we decided to skip school today.

I picked up my phone to call him when all I felt was boredom and fear that he had forgotten.

When I saw the unread message. I reluctantly opened it. It was from the known unknown aka the phone guy.

'Dogs bark and you hear them but you don't care to listen. Trees grow and you see them but when one falls you notice.'

'Daily Tips or what?' I sent him a mocking text even though I was freaked out.

'Morning sunshine. Have a happy trip.'

'How did you know?"

'I see you everyday.'

'????'

'I watch alot of animal planet.'

'Atleast you know where you belong.'

'Unlike you ofcourse.'

'Y r u still bothered 2 text me. I thought u hated me.'

'I'm not doing you any good, Am I?'

'No.'

I left his conversation to call Justin when Chad called me. :|

"Hey."

"Chad. Y U callin?"

"Just checking up on you. Have I by any chance left my wallet with you?"

"Oh! Yeah. Yeah you did. In my car actually. I almost forgot. You need it now?"

"Yeah. I've been searching for it everywhere. I almost lost hope in finding it. Thank God it was with you. You should've called me."

"I should. Sorry, I had alot going on. Y'know what? Come now. To take it and also I have alot to tell you."

"K. I'm comin."

Yes, I would do this for Chad. Be late or make Justin wait for him. Not because I feel pitty towards him now but I like how he makes me feel.

If you asked me, when I'm with Chad I feel better than anytime else. I mean with Oli I know there is something messing like...She is not with me, or she won't. With mom, things got awkward. With Justin I feel he's so much better than me, like there isn't alot of things that we share. But with Chad, I feel different, I feel free, like it's where I wanna be kinda feeling.

The phone guy knows about the road trip while I haven't told anyone yet except my mom! Wait...Justin knows.

Justin is the phone guy. Which makes me terriffied to go this trip with him alone. Probably, he wants me to tell me the truth about him being the bad guy.

"Lucy. Wallet theive. Where are you?" Chad showed up...in a good mood.

"Here. I was just deep in thoughts."
