Chapter 30: Is Chad...? O my God!

Lucy's pov

There are two things I've learned in my life that didn't go to waste. A) having friends with lunatics will definately turn you into one.*cough* Olivia *cough*.  B) Don't piss Chad off.

For some reason Chad gets scary. Not in a way the terrifies me but...He is exciting. Weird? yeah. But, I just like it when he's around.

It's been a week since mom and dad arrived home. Dad is more often early which btw is not such a great thing, I mean I can't leave the house more often which sucked because I couldn't see Chad anymore.

So, yes. I admit, I missed him.

And I've been contacting Oli through skype now and whatsapp, sometimes facebook. But that's not even the point.

I almost forgot to mention mom's astonishment when she saw my car. I told her that Justin bought it for me as my Birthday gift. So, she insisted that she must meet him.

I invited him to dinner and he met my entire family. It was awkward but went alright. Dad's questions and mom's nervousness then Luke's silliness. But, it happens. He was now officially known as my boyfriend that mom liked cuz he liked her food or pretended to. Traditional. I almost felt like he is one of us, like he was very close to me now.

The phone guy doesn't call me anymore. I talk to Oli. I meet Justin at school and sometimes I get over proud of my car. Luke and I are kind of teaming up as siblings which is great. So this was a summary of my social life.

I wanted to let mom know about Chad and let her meet him. Also, yesterday when I was supposed to be sleeping I had these imaginations. Y'know, things that you know will not happen but you keep imagining them. I imagined having a threesome friendship. Me, Chad and Oli. We can also be best friends forever who would die for eachother!

So, I decided to tell Chad about it. I told mom that I'm gonna be a little late cuz I'll pick up a friend then let her meet him. She was excited and curious to know about him.

The sexy Justin met me after school at the parking lot. His hair was messy and he was beautiful.

"Nice car!" He said when I was just about to sit. My sight was turned to him and I smirked.

"Yeah. Guess the guy who bought it had a good taste."

He was now leaning on my car on the other side and looking at me with a longing look on his face. "He has a good taste cuz he chose you." This made me blush and purse my lips, then ended up thanking him.

"Lets hangout." He asked. But, unfortunately I had other plans.

"Sorry. I can't today. I'm gonna pick up a friend."

"Chad?" He walked around the car to the side where I was standing. He looked kind of upset that I chose Chad over him.

"Why do you think so?"

"Lucy, you just care too much about him. Are you guys like...only friends."

"It's not like that. I mean yeah, we are friends but the thing is...I hadn't seen him for a while and I wanted mom to meet him. That's it."

"Right. Ok." He whispered and turned around to go to his car which parked next to mine.

I had nothing else to say as much as I wanted to make it better. But I just sat in my car and drove to Royal grill.

I walked into it making the same door sound and I kept eye searching for Chad.
