Today is my engagement and here I am in my dressing room getting ready. Shivi and my mom are here with my stylist and are helping her in getting me ready.
I wore a Pink colour lehanga with embroidery and hanged my dupatta on my left shoulder and fixed the other end on right hand wrist(as shown in below picture) with matching earings(jhumka) and heels though I am not short but I like to wear heels in functions.

After some time shivi and my mother took me to engagement hall. There I greeted relatives of my side and ayush's side.
"Wow Bhabhi you are looking so beautiful!!" Srishti said to me and I blushed.
When I reached near stage ayush forwarded his hand in front of me while smiling. I happily took it and we settled on the sofa.
He was looking so handsome.He was wearing a white shirt with black pant and coat with a beautiful broach on it.
Ayush scooted close to me and whispered in my ear"You are looking beautiful,Anshi" I blushed this is the first time he is calling me anshi. "Thank you and you too" I replied him.
"Am I looking beautiful to you anshi?" He said while narrowing his eyes. "Uhm...I mean you are looking handsome" he smiled to me.
I was blushing because of his comments when my eyes met shivi and mohit who were smirking at me. I just glared at them and they went towards Buffett.
Then shivi and mohit came on the stage and ayush already know them. So we all talked about general things well they were teasing me to which I was either glaring or blushing.
Then one couple came towards us and ayush hugged the man. "Anshi, he is Rahul Kapoor my best friend and she is his fiance Shreya singh". They congratulated us and I came to know that Rahul is CEO of Kapoor industries and Shreya works in his company there. They were nice I was feeling comfortable while talking to them and I and shreya clicked instantly as we had many things in common.
Almost everyone was present at function from our department. They all congratulated me. Then our parents came on stage and it was time to exchange rings.
Ayush took my hand and put ring on my finger. It is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. It was of gold and diamonds were engraved in the middle.

Then my parents pass the ring and I put ring on his finger. It was also of gold and had diamonds engraved on it. We smiled at each other and posed for photographs.

After that we cut the cake and I made him eat it and he did the same to me and then after having dinner we all bid goodbye to each other.
When we reached our home we all went to our respective rooms and I changed into my crop top and shorts.
I was just going to bed when my room door was knocked. I was shocked to see ayush here. His eyes traveled top to bottom which made me realise that I was just in my shorts.
He entered my room and said "I need the report file of the patient in room no. 406. "I nodded and quickly opened my cupboard and picked that file and forwarded towards him but instead of grabbing it he moved towards me and stood in front of me hardly an inch gap was there.
I gulped"What are y..you d..doing?" He leaned and kissed my cheeks and the corner of my lips and smiled at me.
"I just wanted to kiss you when I saw you today at hotel, Anshi" he said and leaned forward but we jerked away when someone entered in the room.
"Jiju...Mummy is asking if uhm sorry i forgot to knock" rohit said embarassed and I was not looking up due to the excessive blushing. After asking something rohit went outside the room.
"Good night...see you tomorrow" ayush said and I nodded and wished him good night. Then he kissed my forehead and went outside my room.
I was smiling ear to ear when rohit came inside my room. "Why your face is so red dii?" he said smirking and I glared at him.
"Shut up...and don't you know how to knock idiot" I said and he shrugged "How will I know that you were getting all naughty naughty inside the room" I threw my pillow at him and he left my room laughing.
I pulled over duvet and slept instantly as I was very tired.
