YOU ROSE QUICKLY from your bed as your phone vibrated because of your alarm, you rushed to the bathroom, careful not to make a sound for fear of awakening your mother and that's the last thing you want to do.
Thankfully, you made it out of the house safely today, as you walked to the nearest bus stop. You were on your way to one of your part-time jobs; you're grateful that the house was in your mother's name and that your father sents you money, but you can't rely on it since it's not enough to pay the bills and buy enough food for the two of you.
Playing with your phone as you wait for the bus to reach your direction. You suddenly received a call from Mikey, accepting the call and putting the phone near your ear. "Yo, Mikey." You greeted him
"ooh, hey y/n, where are you?" he asked, the background being so noisy that you barely heard him.
"On my way to my part-time job, why?" looking out of the window as you leaned on the backrest of the soft cushion of the bus chair.
"Ehh... So you can't come, I'll just call those two girls again, ahh... They're so clingy and it's annoying. " Strangely enough, you heard what he said, despite the loud noise in the background at his end. It somehow made you felt a stinging sensation, but you shook off that feeling and masked with a chuckle.
"Just make sure you wear protection." being mindful of your surrounding as you use the term 'protection' is instead of 'condom'.
"Geez... Of course I would, you know the only times I don't wear a condom is when I'm fucking you." he stated with a chuckle, you could picture him scratching his head as he said those lines, making you smile. That smile vanishes as you heard a high pinched voice nearing mikey making you scowl.
"Oh mikey, I'm already at my stop so talk to you later."
"Eh, I wanted to talk more, uwah! Sae let go fuck-"
Before you even noticed you already ended the call, you're not even on your stop yet. In short, you just made an excuse to end the call. It was the first time you did that. Usually mikey will be the first one to hung up, not you, but you were oblivious to your actions.

The bus finally stopped at your stop, coming out of the bus you walked towards the barbeque house you were working, passing by at your seniors you briefly greeted them and walked towards the locker room to change into your uniform.
As soon as you changed into your uniform you came out of the locker room and helped on taking orders and going back and forth inside the kitchen to deliver it.
"L/n-chan bring this to table 13, double time!" your senior from the kitchen called while you were drinking water, as soon as you finished the glass of water you immediately brought the order to the said table, the costumer thanking you in which you just replied with a smile.
Wiping off the sweat on your forehead with a towel that was hanging on your shoulder as you heaved a sigh as you started changing in the girls locker room, as soon as you finished changing you walked out of the barbeque house.
the seniors in your working place are mostly college men and you were greatful that all of them treat you like their youngest sister.
"Oh! L/n-chan you're still here?" a male colleague of yours asked while he started closing the barbeque house, though he was the son of the owner he was kind and humble. He would always help at the barbeque house which was the reason why the house was never short of workers.
"Akaito-san, good work today." you bowed at him while he locked the door of the barbeque house.
"You too, good work today." he turned to look at you and give your shoulder a pat with a big smile on his face.
"Come I'll walk you to the bus stop so you can come home early." he ushered you as the two of you walked together to the bus stop with him matching your pace.
Glancing at him you could see that was also tired, there were bags under his eye and he looked like he was stopping himself from yawning.
"Y'know, you're such a good child l/n-chan." he stated briefly as soon as the two of you reached the bus stop sign.
"I just hope you would not let yourself be beaten like that."
"like what?" you asked, unfortunately a bus arrived and stopped, you looked at the bus and then at Akaito.
"Nevermind, get on the bus your mom might be worried." he just smiled as you get on the bus and waved at him goodbye inside.
