"So, you weren't born with the Triforce?" Pit asked.Link chuckled to himself, the smile immediately disappearing from his face as a bitter feeling settled in his chest. "No, my brother was."
"But, your name is Link! Aren't all the heroes named Link? You're also blond, you don't have blue eyes, but close enough, right?"
Link said nothing as the group marched on through the woods. The night was dark, not even a bit of moon to illuminate their way. All they had to rely on was torches and pure instincts. Thankfully, the Weri were good with their senses, so much so they could enter a whole state that could enhance those senses into something humans couldn't imagine. However, it caused great strain on themselves, and with how many times he's used it by now, Link wasn't really in the mood to talk about his past.
"I never imagined there could be someone else with the Triforce of Courage, I mean you are by Zelda's side all the time- uh, this being the exception, of course, but still," Pit murmured. "Wait, if you don't have the Triforce of Courage, how are you able to wield the Master Sword?"
Link clenched his jaw. "Anyone can wield the Master Sword, Pit, but not everyone can use its true power."
"I see," Pit said. He could tell Link was beginning to get irritated with all his questions, but he just couldn't help his curiosity. How did his brother die? Why was his brother named that way if his parents knew he had the Triforce from birth? Was Link compared to his brother often? Was it tough for him? Well, he could imagine the answer for the first one, but he was dying to ask about all the others. But he knew if he kept asking, Link would only get mad at him, and he hated the idea of that. Instead, he changed the topic, "We're almost at the area the map said. We should prepare ourselves, there's likely going to be a battle."
Link nodded, his black-and-white furred ear twitching as a sense of deja vu consumed him. Or was it nostalgia? He couldn't really tell, he only knew that this place felt... familiar to him. It was on the tip of his tongue, and yet he couldn't so much as let it drool out. Could it be a memory from his time as an infant? He didn't know, he couldn't tell.
"Ah!" Pit's yelp knocked him out of that spiral into memories, so he looked behind him and saw Pit kneeling down, clutching onto a scrapped knee. Pit hissed as he touched the wound, clearly holding back tears. Link sighed and walked up to him, taking a bandage out of his trusty pouch. He knelt down in front of the angel and wrapped his knee without a word, making Pit look at him in a bit of embarrassment. Link looked up at him before quickly looking back down.
"He was four years older than me, and one year older than the Princess. My parents didn't realize that he was the Hero, after all, there had never been one within the Weris, aside from the Hero of Twilight, of course. My brother... had to deal with a lot," Link said. "Like I said, he was the first Weri hero, normally that role goes to Hylians, well, we're half-Hylian so I guess it counts." And that was all he said, but that was more than enough for Pit. He still had other questions, of course, but those could wait 'till later.

Zelda met up with Lana and they both ran to the underground prison. Lana took off the magic-sealing cuffs off Zelda's wrists and ankles then handed over the keys that opened the door's to Robin and Peach's rooms. The entire area was dark, the only thing illuminating their way was a small torch Lana held. She peaked through the window that saw into Robin's room, and once she saw he was still being chopped up by multiple machines, she slammed the door open and ran to him. Robin noticed her presence and a sense of hope and relief washed over him as he saw her stop the machines using her magic then brake the cuffs tying him down using her own hands.
"I'm sorry, Robin, I'm so sorry," She tearfully said as she helped him stand up, the last bits of him regenerating.
"Zelda," Robin whined. He saw the glass shards that dug into her arm, the way her eyes focused and unfocused. He wrapped his arms gently around her neck and pulled her in close. "I'm so glad you're alive!"
