Two weeks later,
Izzy was finishing up getting ready for a new date, when she heard a knock.
She opened up her door, "You are not Oliver.." she said when she saw Bucky.
"No I'm not.." he said as he let himself in.
"Yes sure James just invite yourself in." She said
"I practically grew up in this house.." he said
She rolled her eyes, "What do you want? Steve and Nat already made me a little late." She said
"Why did you ruin things with Mason?" He said
"Why is it any of your business?" She said
"Because I want to know what happened to you Izzy?" He said as he leaned against her couch.
"Its none of your business.." she said as there was another knock.
"Thats my date.." she said as she started to walk off..
"Answer me this then Izzy, are you still holding out hope for me?" He said
"My world no longer revolves around you...happily ever after is just no longer in the cards for me."she said and walked out.
Once she was gone, he noticed her kitchen table had a file folder on it. He opened it up and saw a marriage certificate and divorce papers. She married Chase Nichols the first boy she dated in college but they were only married a year.
He moved more papers and opened a envelope full of pictures. He went wide eyed as started to cry. "Izzy.." he whispered as he dropped it all on the floor.
