It's just how it goes ~Ot3~

Not really TW but one of the characters is bipolar, also I got all the info about it online so don't @ me if something is not completely right/realistic. I tried my best xxx

Ot3: Sonny, Jack & Brook

No one POV
Sonny sighed as soon as he closed his apartment door.
He had a long day, he's always friendly and nice but today people really tested his patience.
He put down his bag and walked towards the couch cause he needed a nap and he had a couple of hours before the boys would be home.
But one of them was already home.
Jack was fast asleep on the couch which made Sonny pretty confused.
"Did he not go to class?" He thought while he looked at his sleepy boyfriend.
He decided to ask Jack once he wakes up so he sat down and watched some TV.

A couple of hours later Brook was home but when he saw his two boyfriends on the couch cuddling, he was kinda confused.
"Hey babe" Sonny said while playing with Jack's hair, who was still sleeping.
"Why is Jack already home?"
"I don't know. He was already home when I came back...maybe something happened?"

The thing is that Jack is bipolar.
Sometimes he's hyperactive and gets excited about random things but other times he wants to do nothing, sleeps for a whole week or wants to be alone so he pushes everyone away, sometimes even in a rude way.
It's complicated and Jack hates it but Sonny and Brook learned how to deal with it.
They love Jack too much to let him go just cause of his mental illness.
There are bad days and sometimes it's hard but there are also good days and they are so good that they make up for everything else.

"Well, if that's the case let him sleep. I'm gonna shower then make dinner" Brook said unbuttoning his shirt.
"Ok"
Brook pecked Sonny quickly then went to shower.

Minutes later Jack woke up.
"Hey...how are you feeling?" Sonny asked softly.
Jack said nothing, just nuzzled more into Sonny's side and the curly boy got the signal.
It was one of his bad moments, not at their peak but...
"Love you" was all Sonny said and he kissed Jack's head.
So for a whole week, Jack stayed at home and didn't leave the bed.
Obviously, Sonny and Brook were worried but they couldn't do much except for waiting for Jack to get better.

That Friday, Sonny was at home alone with Jack since Brook had a dinner with his uni friends.
Sonny always loved staying in, in fact, he did a lot of things while Jack slept.
He did the laundry, baked some cookies, took care of his plants and even studied a bit.
Then someone rang the doorbell.
It couldn't have been Brook cause it was 6 pm, it was too early for him to be back so Sonny went to open wondering who it could be.
When he opened the door, a guy he never saw was standing there in front of him.
He wasn't as tall as him but maybe around a few inches shorter, his hair was dark but his eyes were light and he was wearing this black jean jacket that was a bit too small on him.
"Em...hi, I'm Peter. Is Jack home?" He asked a bit unsure.
"I'm Sonny...em...right now Jack is sleeping, he had a long day" Sonny lied.
He was a bit skeptical cause he never saw the guy before and Jack never talked about him either.
"Oh ok...well can you tell him I passed by?"
"Yeah sure..."
"Thanks and it was nice meeting you" the boy shook Sonny's hand with a friendly smile then left.
Sonny was so confused.
Who was that guy?
And how did he know where they live?
Jack never tells his address to people he meets cause it's like his safe place.
When he is in a bad mood, he knows that their house is safe and that no one will be there except for Sonny and Brook.
He doesn't want people to know about his condition.
Sonny had a million questions but he had to wait before asking Jack so he went back to his books.

-a few days later-
Jack was in his depressed phase but at least he started to eat again, baby steps.
"The other day a guy came here...Peter I think was his name..." Sonny started while Brook was making his protein shake.
"And...? What about him?"
"He was looking for Jack but he was sleeping and...you know" Sonny explained.
"Never heard about a Peter before"
"That's why it's weird...Jack would have talked about him if he was important. He knows where we live"
"Babe, just ignore him ok? If he wants to talk to Jack then he will have to wait till Jack gets better" Brook kissed his cheek then sat on Sonny's lap.
Brook has always been the protective one, especially when they found out about Jack's bipolar disorder.
He just wants people to stay away cause he doesn't want Jack to feel bad about himself, the guy already hates himself enough.
Sonny listened to his boy and wrapped his arms around Brook's tiny figure.
