Ot3: Rye, Andy & Sonny

No one POV
"Andy! His heart is beating slowly...pressure low...no pupil reaction...Andy..."
Then black.

An annoying beeping was hurting Andy's head and there was too much light.
"You're back with us"
A nurse smiled at him then someone engulfed his body.
"God...you scared the shit out of me"
Sonny was shaking, he thought Andy was about to leave him, about to die.
"Rye is on his way. He took the first flight from Bangkok available"
"What? No, I'm fine..."
Andy was still confused by what happened and his eyes still struggled to adjust to the light.
"You fainted Andy...if you weren't at the firehouse, you would have been dead"
Sonny didn't want to worry his boy but it was the truth.
"You're a paramedic...you should know how serious this is"
And Andy knew he was right.

-Rye's central-
People speaking English and thai.
"We need to find an agreement within 3 days"
Rye said sternly over the phone.
"Sir...Mr. Robertson is trying to call you, he said it's urgent"
Rye nodded at the information.
"I have to go now, will recall later"

"Hey what's wrong?"
He heard a sob.
"It's Andy..."
His breathing was labored.
"I-He-..."
"Baby...breathe ok? Try to calm down. What happened to Andy?"
"He fainted at the firehouse...now they are checking him but he doesn't sound fine"
Sonny was pacing back and forth while talking on the phone.
"Ok, I'm coming back now. Will be there as soon as I can. Don't panic, Andy is gonna be ok"
Sonny nodded forgetting that Rye couldn't see him.

For the whole flight Rye couldn't stay still, he tried to stay calm but his mind was thinking about the worst.
"Sir is everything ok? Can I bring you something?"
A worried flight assistant crouched down in front of him.
"A glass of rum"
That was all Rye said.

Once at the hospital, he moved quickly through the sea of people to find the right room.
Once there he ran to Andy and squished him so hard that he couldn't breathe.
"Don't you dare do it again. I spent hours in agony, people thought I was crazy"
Rye was glad that Andy was alive, still there with him.
"Hey...you ok?"
He turned to Sonny who walked into his arms.
"Now that you're here, yes"
"So what was it?"
"Not sure...the doctors said that it could be tiredness"
Andy fumbled with his gown.
"That's it? How?"
"I-I didn't sleep much lately and with work...my body was too tired to even stand"
"He's severely sleep-deprived and added to his heart condition..." Sonny added.
"So you have trouble sleeping?"
"I don't know, at home I can't fall asleep, at least not without you and at the firehouse is even worse. It's like my mind refuses to do what my body needs"
Rye caressed his cheek, he felt like shit for not being by Andy's side when he needed it.
"I'll be home for a while. Don't worry"
"What? No...you had an important deal in Thailand"
"You're more important and will always be"
Rye kissed his forehead.

So Andy was stuck at home, possessed by boredom.
"How long till I go back to work?"
"It's been three days baby"
Sonny replied while making him a smoothie.
"Here, drink this"
He put in front of Andy a glass that looked exactly like the ones you find in magazines.
"It's a green smoothie and I made it a bit fancier. I'm practicing some new toppings"
"It looks perfect"
Andy kissed his cheek as a thank you.
"Don't worry, you'll go back to work soon...you need to rest a bit"
Sonny reassured while making Rye's smoothie.
"Shit..."
Blood started to drop on the cutting board and in no time Andy was by his side.
"Put pressure on the wound and wait here"
He ran to the cabinet that had the first aid kit.
"Let me see..."
Sonny winced in pain, the cut was deep.
"Ok, good news...your finger is still attached but I need to disinfect so it's gonna sting"
Andy did all the procedures and when he finished, Sonny's hand was safely bandaged.
"What happened here?"
"Cut myself while making your smoothie but the best paramedic on earth was here for me"
Sonny explained when Rye stormed into the room worried.
Andy truly missed his job, missed helping people.
