The night was cold, wet, and snowy at Tartarus Prison. Search lights moved around searching for anything out of the ordinary and the prison guards were each at high alert. After having information forwarded to them from Hawks and Endeavor about a potential invasion of villains at major cities, the government did all they could to send in reinforcements to contain any potential assault on this site.
This was so because Tartarus was a prison for the worst of the worst in society. Even though it functions like a regular prison, it's kept five kilometers off the coast to serve as an extra layer of security. The prison is built to house vast amounts of quirk users, and the more dangerous your quirk is deemed, the further down in the ground you are housed.
There are six different levels you could be sent to, and a dark, sinister looking person stood with a furrowed brow looking at the prison, knowing that his desired target would be kept somewhere at the sixth level. "Is everyone in position?" he demands. "Yes, we await your orders Shigaraki." "Then launch the flying nomus at once!"
They begin their decent towards the highway leading to the prison and launch rockets at each corresponding guard tower. "BRIDGE TO BASE!! COME IN!! THE GUARD TOWERS ARE UNDER ASSAULT!! REQUESTING IMMEDIATE BACKUP ASAP!!" Yells one of the guards. Another rocket is launched from a nomu to destroy that tower that requested backup as Shigaraki advances his assault.
"Just you wait, master. You'll be free soon enough!" He says with a sadistic grin. "It's Tomura Shigaraki! He just destroyed the surveillance tower!! Don't let him get to the main gate!!" yelled one of the guards.
"As if you even have anything in your arsenal to check my advance!" He puts both of his hands down onto the ground and makes the remainder of the bridge decay along with the fifty foot high gate made of reinforced steel. Within a minute's time every guard in the remote area has either retreated or fallen as a casualty. Every siren in the facility has gone off to declare a code red lock down.

Fifteen minutes have passed since he first broke into the facility. The prisoners at the sixth level can start to hear screaming, shots being fired, and a mixture of destruction and mayhem taking place all around him. The closer the noise gets to him, the bigger his smile grows. "Tomura, my boy, you've made me proud." Says All For One.
Seconds later the door to his cell is instantly decayed and the only thing left to restrain him is the harnesses all over his chair. That's when Toga and Twice walk through the door with Shigaraki standing in the background to retrieve All For One and release the last remaining equipment holding him captive.
"It's good to see you all again. But what's the occasion? You must have some serious plans you want to accomplish if you risked this much just to break me out!" Said All For One.
"Sensei, it's not so much your power we need, it's your wisdom and experience I'm looking for. I've lost my patience with trying to figure it all out myself. I've grown much stronger and proven myself to your underlings, but I want you around as a tactical advisor to bring hero society down once and for all! Will you help me with this master? " asked Shigaraki.
All For One smiled bigger. "You don't even need to ask. Let's go have some fun!"

The scene at UA was nothing short of complete chaos. Word of what happened at Tartarus spread like wildfire to the police force and all hero agencies operating at the time spread the news to any and all people that could prepare themselves for the coming onslaught.
