Once the damage to the cities were repaired, All Might was given a hero's funeral that was viewed by virtually everyone in Japan and viewed by much of the rest of the world. The Prime Minister of Japan also declared that henceforth the anniversary of his funeral would be a national holiday named All Might Day.
Izuku pulled some strings for Acu-person to have his sentence reduced after his display of heroism. He also began to mentor him in hero training as long as he would be held responsible if he showed any behavioral relapses.
Toga, Dabi, and the other members of the league of villains were taken back to prison but members of class 1-A showed a desire to work with them in trying to pursue non-villainous lifestyle choices. Toga slowly warmed up to the idea of becoming a lab assistant for drawing blood when it was needed from prison inmates and gained an appreciation for Ochako and Tsuyu helping her find a niche.
Todoroki helped his brother start fixing relations with his family. Their relationship with Endeavor was still on the mend, but slowly was getting more on friendly speaking terms with him. With their mother and siblings, however, things were as strong as they've ever been. Just like that, each member of class 1-A completed their years of school at UA. The sky was the limit for each of them!

Nearly four years have passed since the climactic battle that raged on in Japan. All For One was no longer able to terrorize the world or Deku's home country, and he'd already made a name for himself at such a young age by defeating him.
Ochako felt like the luckiest girl in the world as the two of them faithfully dated each other through the rest of their time at UA and their love for one another only became stronger from there.
However, other parts of the world faced threats that needed him there to help resolve. Since he was actually thinking about going overseas anyway for additional hero experience, he took a chance to serve in parts of the United States and Canada after finishing his third year at UA, even though it would mean being away from his friends, family, and the woman he loves.
Both he and Ochako were now full-fledged adults, and they missed each other terribly but made sure to keep in touch through phone calls, texts, and even paper letters just for fun. This only did so much for them, however, so they made sure to both take time out to visit one another face to face every few months. Their next time to see each other was coming up, and Izuku had some serious plans for the occasion.
He's never been the greatest at planning surprises, but he really wanted to do something special for his next meet up with Ochako and looked up Mina to help him with making it happen. After calling her up and her answering, Deku says:
"Ashido-san, I need your help. You're the most romance-minded person I've ever met and I need you to help me figure out a way to propose to Uraraka-san."
Deku had to pull his ear away from the phone for a few seconds after hearing her scream so loud.
"YOU BET I'LL HELP YOU WITH THAT!!" she exclaimed.
"Yeah I had a feeling you'd be excited for it!" said Midoriya chuckling.
"So when will you be returning to Japan to make it happen?"
"In about two weeks, but Uraraka-san thinks I'm going to be returning a week later than that."
"Perfect!! On the day you return, I'll set up a lunch date where she'll meet with different people in our class along the way for a scavenger hunt and it will end with you surprising her with a proposal!! EEEEEE!!"
