Chapter 8 (Hacking/Busted)

The next day, I woke up early and finished my homework so I could invite Kian over. I took out my phone and began texting him on kik.
"Hey hun, come over? :)" I asked.
"Sorry I can't Julie, I'm grounded for 2 months for stealing my dads money without permission..."
"Aww, I wish we could hang out, we barely do anymore." I replied.
"Well as soon as I return the $2000 dollars we could go somewhere together"
"Woah $2000! What did u need all that for?" I questioned.
"Getting something for youuuu."
"Omg awww I can't believe u would spend that much money for me."
"Steal, U mean lol" Kian replied.
"Well I'm gonna help u get that money back. I can't wait 2 months until we could see each other again."
"Thanks Julie, but really you don't have to, this is my mistake and I'll get myself out of it. Besides, it's a gift, and I can't let me girlfriend pay me back." Kian texted.
"Sorry, I'll text you later. Bye <3" I texted back.

This was not okay. I had to get him out of his trouble whether he liked it or not. I looked up some ways to get money fast on Google. The most searched way was hacking. Woah, I almost got busted, I can't hack now...but I would do anything for Kian. I went to the school's page and logged in, having trouble with the password. Hmm...I installed so many programs and finally I figured it out. The password was "Jeffery" hah. What kind of password is that...I wondered. I finally hacked into my school's account and looked at their money balance. $21,000....hm, wouldn't mind taking 2,000 of that. I quickly transferred the money into my credit card and went to the bank, took out the money, and rang the doorbell on Kian's door. Wait hold up...he's grounded right, he can't let me in. Um....uh oh someone's coming. I heard footsteps coming towards the door. I quickly ran to the other side of the house and knocked on Kian's window. Before I could get in, I heard his dad yell "another one of them ding dong ditchers"... He went inside and continued his work. I waited really long until Kian finally came back from eating dinner. I was passed out by then, really tired. He came in the room and saw me sleeping next to his window.
"What the heck." He opened the window and carried me in.
"I opened my eyes and noticed he was carrying me. He was sooooo cute. Rubbing my eyes, I couldn't remember what I came here for.
"Julie? Hello??" Kian said.
"Oh um, I wanted to show u something" I said as I pulled out $2000 from my pocket.
Kian looked really mad.
"JULIE! WHAT DID U DO! WHERE DID U GET ALL THAT MONEY FROM!" He yelled. I was so close to crying. But before I could, I heard his dad coming into his room.
"Uh quick hide under the covers of my bed!" He said.
I quickly his just in time when Kian's dad walked in.
"Kian? What was that yelling all about, is your girlfriend here?"
"Um. No dad uh. It was a math problem with Julie in it and she had a lot of money hehe." He said scratching his head.
"Alright, bed soon kiddo"
"Whew," Kian said.
I came out of the bed and Kian was still looking mad.
He whispered," Julie. Why the hell would you do this. I told you I don't need your help! Where did u get it all from?"
"Um. Hehe funny story,"I began explaining.
"You see, I kind of hacked into the school's website and stole $2000." Kian was still dissapointed as he glared at me.
"Funny thing is they had $21,000... Hehe." I said.
He was not happy.
"Too soon?" I said.
"Julie. I know you wanted to do this for me but you could go to jail again for this. You didn't have to. Really. I appreciate it but really..." Kian said.
"I'm sorry. I just really wanted to hang out with you lately and I thought this would help."
"Thanks Julie, but never do it again unless I tell u to." Kian stated. "This is our little secret."
"Ok Kian." I gazed into his eyes and we kissed.
All of a sudden, Kian's dad opened the door. Uh oh.
"Uh dad... Hehe" Kian was being really shy...
"KIAN! YOU WERE GROUNDED! WHAT DID I TELL U ABOUT FRIENDS COMING OVER! YOU ARE GROUNDED FOR 2 MORE MONTHS! AND IM TELLING YOUR MOTHER JULIE" he yelled at me.
"Dad please don't yell at her it's my fault I invited her." Kian stood up for me.
"IT BETTER NOT HAPPEN AGAIN! IM SO DISSAPOINTED IN YOU KIAN!" His dad walked out of the room in disgust.
"I better get going," I was beginning to leave.
Kian stopped me from going and he held my hand.
"I'm really sorry Julie. I should not have let this happen."
"No Kian it's my fault. Just let me get in trouble I don't care. I'm sorry for ruining your life, goodbye." I left three his window.
"Julie wait."
"What." I asked.
Kian ran up to me and kissed my forehead.
"Whatever your penalty is if the police finds out, I'm going in with you." Kian hugged me.
"Thank you Kian ;)" a tear shed from my eye.
"Hey, I mean look at the bright side, atleast my dad doesn't know about the money" Kian said.
I returned home and before I could explain to my mom everything she looked dissapointed as well. Oh no, I guess she's in a bad mood too.
"Julie Caroline Andrews! Get over here this instant!" My mom yelled.
"Where were you and why did Kian's dad call me? AND I ALSO SAW ON FACEBOOK SOMEONE POSTED A PICTURE OF A PARTY GOING ON HERE!
Oh no..."I'm sorry mom I could explain."
"There is nothing to explain! Go to your room right now!"
I went upstairs and cried in my bed for atleast 2 hours. My life was ruined. No more Kian. No more reputation. No more nothing. But all that I cared about was that Kian got the money and hopefully he'll give it to his dad without anyone finding out.
