The door opened slightly. The room lightened up into a shade of yellow. Reaper got up from the couch and grabbed Vivid's hand and ran into the kitchen.

"Shhhhh, someone's coming" Said Reaper with a worried look.

Vivid looked over the marble countertops to see a figure to walk into the living room. He studied the movements of the figure, looks they have a hoodie, and a something sharp in their hands.

The figure walked around the very couch the pair was just sitting in. The figure took the hoodie off and set it down. They then grabbed their knife and went into the basement.

Vivid looked at Reaper who dropped a glass cup.

"What did you do!?" Vivid yelled quietly.

"Uhhh, I accidentally dropped a cup" Reaper said embarrassed and showed the broken cup. Glass covered the floor. It was too sharp to even think about walking across it.

The figure heard this and walked towards the kitchen. The blade could be seen clearly.
As the figure walked closer, fresh blood could be smelt.

Vivid grabbed the bits of glass and handed them to Reaper. "Take these just in case."

Reaper nodded and looked out to see the figure getting closer.

Vivid grabbed the sharpest piece of glass he could find.

The pair looked at one another and got ready to fight.

The figure got closer and closer. The pair sat on their knees getting ready to leap.

"Hello?"

"Whoooooooos there!"

The figure spoke out in a crazed voice.

"Come out... Come out.... Wherever you are!"

The figure spoke out.

"Ok, Reaper, get ready" Vivid whispered to Reaper quietly.

The figure walked into the doorway of the kitchen, knife in hand.
